1-8-26: way faster and better than McD. Staff were on it this morning. Even the lady working the window spotted my drink looking wrong; she asked me to double check it and it was off on carbonation. She knows how to do service right! Kudos to this morning at T-bell!

I walked in and the restaurant looks amazing, the employees are clean and busy working but you could just tell they were having a good time and good conversation with each other too, and I got my take out and just knew it was going to be good. I got in the car and started eating, the foot was very hot and just amazing, tasty, plentiful portions, lettuce tasted FRESH, everything was just perfect! The staff this New Year morning/afternoon just rocks and you can tell the moment you’re there in their atmosphere everything is gonna be good. Thank you Taco Bell crew of Callaway you made my day, I love seeing happy workers, the food definitely have some real love put in it! God bless you all forever. ♾️ Best taco bell I’ve ever had!

. Been on the toilet with intestine distress after eating 1 , same with my roommate who also had taco.. we both regret and are considering going to the er .

Contacted store , The GM was argumentative, and did not even want to see my food. Or offer to fix the order.
Contacted corporate and sounded like it was a call center in India..

As a regular the employees consistently take care of me. Service is typically above expectations. Food can be hit and miss as sometimes it’s absolutely perfect dare I say better than most taco bells and other times they skimp on ingredients or soda is low on syrup. But ultimately keeping pricing in line with the value and the great customer service will keep me coming back.

I don’t like being a Karen but tonight I am.. No meat or lettuce in tacos. Poorly made and manager and employees was pulling cars around the front of the store to wait on food waited over 8 mins after money was took at window. Went through drive thru @ 11:30pm (6-5-25). Calling corporate office tomorrow too, unacceptable.

Placed an order for 3 adults thru the app. It was ready to pick up in 11 minutes. Food was great as usual. Only negative is nobody at the counter acknowledged me when I took the bag from the take out shelf, no other customer was at the counter.

Went on Christmas eve, unknowingly right at closing time. Long line and drive through packed out but the service was fast, friendly, and accurate. I have mad respect for everyone working that night ❤️
