Well…was met with short staff and a shortage of items. Ordered in drive thru and was told to pull around and they would bring it out. No problem there as this is Crawfordville. Parked and waited for 25 minutes as the employees are relaxing and sipping their drinks and looking out the windows. Another customer walked in and got his food and was nice enough to tell me that he thinks they are waiting for people to come in to get their food. Which is weird because the dine in closes at 10:00. So I go in and asked about my order and was told that they never made it and they would get on it. I pull back through the drive thru and sit and wait. Checked items and was missing a Gordita crunch. Asked about the crunch and they made me one. Got home and proceeded to inhale the items and had this. Burrito was replaced with a nasty cheese roll up and Gordita crunch was replaced with a nasty cheese roll up. So I don’t know what the deal is. Maybe it’s something in the water around here or just complete disregard for quality. Ready to get out of this town.

Not sure who the older lady who runs the drive thru is during mornings and afternoons, but she is consistently providing incredible customer service. Hope management is taking care of her in a compensatory way, it is refreshing to see someone that cares about doing a great job!

Every time I happen to stop at this taco bell for lunch the drive thru is empty or only 1 or 2 cars so my order is rather speedy.
I’m here to specifically shout out Lisa in drive thru for being super sweet and friendly. As well as the line crew working that time frame. Any time I’ve ordered and she’s working I’ve never had to double check my bag or whether my order is correct.

Noticed on my receipt (while I was waiting on my food ) said chicken champagne but I had asked for beef..I got the cashiers attention and asked about it..she kind of got defensive but said rudely give me a minute and walked off. Then a some guy came up and handed me my food…I pulled ahead and checked my food..it was chicken so I drove back around and when I made it back to the window no one would come to the window to help me…so I now have $26.43 worth of food that no one here eats…thanks for wasting my time and money..

Dont go past 11 or the drive through workers are gonna say theyre out of everything and give you a huge attitude just because you said youll pass, said very kindly “oh I’m good then thank you” only to have the lady on the speaker give me a huge attitude and act like i offended her, i would act that way too if i worked here

Over half an hour from order placed to actually getting the food. Asked about it after 15 minutes and it was another 15 before it was ready. And after all that waiting they still managed to get the order wrong.

By far one of the best taco bells I’ve been to. Food was amazing and the wait was like 2 minutes. I got a soft taco party pack and paid around 25 bucks.
