I don’t know how this place hasn’t shut down yet. I’ve never been here and waited less than 30 minutes. I went tonight to pick up tacos my husband ordered on the app 45 minutes before I arrived. I was in the drive through for 20 minutes and only ONE car had moved through to order. I decided to run in and pick up the order since he did a mobile order. There were 5 people in there making food and yet she told me they were short staffed and despite having ordered ahead 45 minutes ago on the app, they only ring it in when I arrive. She told me even if she rings it in now (after I’ve waited 20 mins in the drive through already) it won’t be ready for another THIRTY minutes. But of course they can’t do anything about my refund. So what is it they’re even doing ? Because trash level, fast food tacos don’t take that long to make. If I knew who owned this store I’d call them directly. Either staff your store with enough competent people to do the job, or close up shop. Nothing from Taco Bell is worth waiting almost an hour.

I’ll start by saying that I’m over 50 and Taco Bell has been my guilty pleasure since I was a kid. This evening I took my family to this location for the first time. They looked quite busy so I wasn’t bothered by how long it took to get our food, but the complete lack of effort toward our order told me a lot about the standards that the management team considers acceptable.

1. One of our party ordered three steak soft tacos with sour cream. Only two had any steak and just one had sour cream. Worse, all the above had everything oozing all over the outside of the tacos, so he went to get a fork rather than get it all over himself.
2. Our steak nachos had FIVE pieces of steak the size of a thumbnail, six small diced squares of tomatoes, and a blob of refried beans that were so dry it looked like peanut butter.
3. Multiple other items had items we didn’t want on them (onions) or were lacking things we paid extra for.
4. I was less disgusted with the food than the complete lack of caring on the part of whatever employee thought this was okay.

The first step in customer service, or really in your personal character overall, is the standard you hold yourself to.

This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I spent $47 for everything to be thrown in one bag. Ask for avocado sauce that actually comes with the meal and they try to charge me after spending that much. Things missing from the one bag because I can’t go through it all while I’m sitting there everything smashed and looks completely old yeah sure it’s Taco Bell but seriously if it wasn’t for my daughter wanting it so bad I would have threw it all on the counter and asked for my money back.

What happened to Taco Bell? Years ago they provided cheap tasty food and was my go to place when I only had a few bucks. Today they serve tasteless lukewarm food and extremely rude service. The food, crispy tacos and a bean and cheese burrito, was truly awful and the workers act as if you’re just there to waste their time. The place was filthy to boot. Not sure if Taco Bell trains their employees to pick up food that falls on the floor immediately or not, but the kitchen area can be seen from the counter and food all over the floor doesn’t inspire confidence that your order will be clean. Disgusting. (Just a quick edit, I have to add that the meal gave me diarrhea, what a surprise)

Taco Bell is now on my never eat there again list. (Unfortunately that list is getting longer, especially since COVID). Sorry to see you go Taco Bell

All of my tacos had sour cream at the end. These fast food companies want to charge more but give poorer service. Even though I could make better tacos at home. It’s a shame what this place has become since it opened. Funny how a store puts so much focus into serving the best when it first opens, then declines.

Every surface in the dining room was dirty. All tables were dirty. My wife had to clean a table off so we could sit down and eat. One employee came out and saw her cleaning, but he just restocked the hot sauce. They should of had the new person going around cleaning up the tables and floor.

I just ordered a grilled steak burrito and I added refried beans and sour cream.
First off it was not grilled, but I was going to eat it anyway because I’m extremely hungry. I don’t normally go to Taco Bell because they always Screw something up.
But then there’s no steak only Ground beef, and then the sour cream was owed. It was a tube shape glob that was very hard. I had to spit it out as I bid into it, and the taste was horrific.
Never again will I eat there and I will be letting everyone that I know:-know how disgusting this place is

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would it’s just too bad you gotta give one star just to put a review in . Literally ordered a DoorDash order from here mind you this was $100 worth of food. Literally half the things on the damn receipt aren’t even in the bag. It’s literally like who is working there and packing these orders and even verifying their complete. It’s either poor management or you literally are hiring folks who either can’t read or lack the integrity for the job. You get a pass the first time but when it’s been three times within six months and every time it’s been wrong!?

FOREIGN OBJECT IN OUR FOOD!!!
Imagine finding a blue bead in your food. Dangerous and disgusting. As if that wasn’t enough, our crunch wrap supreme had absolutely no meat in it. The mexican pizza was void of toppings and fillings in 1/3 of it.
I brought my whole order back. Had to ask for a refund from the manager on duty who offered zero apology.
The drive thru female worker was kind and repulsed as well. The manager seemed to have zero care.
