We always order online from this location since we live so close. We never had any issues. Staff has always been fantastic. We just recently had an issue with the app. It kept saying item unavailable every time. Even if I only have 1 hot sauce in my cart. We drove there, went inside, told them the issue and confusion. As soon as they understood, they immediately started my order manually. They even gave us a break from the original total cost due to the inconvenience. They all were extremely helpful, respectful, and efficient. I believe the guy who was the most helpful was (I believe his name was) Matt or maybe Mike. Good experience after just a minor setback!

I don’t know why it is but every time I try to use the app to order from this place I’m told they’re out of an item doesn’t matter what I change it to still the same thing. There’s always something wrong with this place. I work at night shift it’s closer to my work so it’s more convenient. But I still find myself having to go to the one in NSB to get any kind of service and that’s not good by no means. What a waste of money it was to put this into Edgewater if it’s going to be ran like it doesn’t matter. Anyways. Whoever’s, managing this location should be fired and somebody that’s confident should come in to make sure this place is actually running properly. What a shame. Taco Bell is really lost its way. This Taco Bell gets me right!!! EVERY TIME, no matter the hour! But tonight, I had a BEYOND pleasant experience in the drive thru… DJ, let me tell yall, WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM IN THIS WORLD. Need I say no more, but I absolutely will! Our chat at the drive thru was so killer, it felt like we had KNOWN eachother in this life! I struggled with the kiosk. And got no help. Im a senior as was my first time using. No one that worked there even looked at me. I got in my car and drove thru drive thru. I ordered 3 hard shell meal for myself. They were soggy and barely warm. So, sad. Cuz I was hungry and craving some hard shell tacos with fire sauce. Ate in disappointment

They asked me how I was, I told them I was doing well and asked how they were… their response was “I’m having a BAJA BLAST.” I had to try my hardest to collect my laughter before continuing the order. Started my afternoon off right.

The food is DISGUSTING. I wish I had took a picture of it, but I got a crunchy beef taco last night and took one bite and the whole taco fell apart. It wasn’t even hot, warm at best which means that it was definitely sitting somewhere for a little until given to me. This is not the first time i’ve had problems either. I love Taco Bell, but I’d rather travel out of the way if it means getting better quality food and service here. The workers always seem so angry when you come in, especially the night time people. There was a girl Lea that worked there when I used to go who looks around my age that would always talk to me while I waited for my food and was so sweet. I never see her anymore which is a shame since she was one of the few people who seemed to know what customer service is.
