If I could rate this 0 stars, I would; but unfortunately I can’t.
This place got 2/3 orders wrong, ordered for my whole friend group.
They wouldn’t admit they got it wrong, insisted they didn’t, and ultimately walked away like a man child.
Unfortunately this place is convenient, for it being on nova is amazing, but I definitely would say the one on international is better and worth going to instead of this one.

What is actually happening here? This place is disgusting I ate 3 bites of my food against my better judgment and threw up walking out. Trust me I called corporate of course they say 3 days minimum to get a call back. The food was cold, the staff were unwelcoming, the music was blaring, the store is disgusting. I worked 9 hours was starving and this was the closest place for me to grab some food. Never ever again. How do you serve cold chicken in a burrito? How can you serve a cold 5layer burrito? I don’t understand literally cold not like luke warm but actually cold? the Nacho cheese sauce was warm but like glue? What’s going on Taco Bell? Yes I’m posting videos yes I took pictures

If i had to rate 0 i would do that, I belong to Sikhism and i told the lady working feb 26,2025 10:20 pm on the call that order mentioned beef and she said no it’s potatoes and then she handed me wrong order with beef… and on coming back from home and telling her at the counter she gave wrong order she started yelling at me instead of apologising or doing something about it and said i ll give u correct order, her attitude was not professional at all.. least recommend this place…

I have worked in the restaurant industry for 12yrs and i have never been so appalled. Just left there when Neter G decided to completely get my order wrong and then when i tried to get it corrected at the window, she gave me attitude and just gave us a wrong order. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend going here.

First off the food was disgusting, potatoes probably have been sitting all day rock hard. All the drinks in fountain drink were basically out of Co2 or out except two, they wouldn’t change them out and when asking the MANAGER to get us refills from the drive thru she wouldn’t like we was inconveniencing her. Taco Bell should choose their managers a little better and maybe have someone that could represent your company better. Idk what takes 45 minutes dealing with money but she was non stop handling money very freely for a deposit. Not my business though but completely rude and should treat customers nicely when we did nothing. Also another worker was in female bathroom the entire time we was there and we couldn’t even use restroom. Looking at reviews after her it looks like the customer service with management and even workers lack here. I will be contacting corporate.

I came to this location Friday night at about 1am. As I approached the drive-thru the first thing I was told was we have no grilled items, we are cleaning the grill. I said okay and ordered 3 soft tacos regular, 2 potato soft tacos w/ no sauce, and a Mexican pizza. I paid in cash, the exact amount, and after about 13 minutes of waiting, I finally received my food. As I grabbed the bag I noticed it was super greasy all over the bag and something was wet. I opened the bag and noticed somebody was eating Nacho Fries with a cheese cup and put the fries that were dipped in the cheese cup all inside my bag. Mind you I didn’t even order that. I also noticed my food was very wet, sloppy, and greasy. My first job was at Taco Bell so I know the food shouldn’t look this awful. When I opened up one of my Tacos it looked like someone spit inside of it (literally), making me not want any of it. I went back through the drive-thru and asked for a refund the staff member behind the counter refused to give me a refund and said I had to return in the morning. The morning crew even agreed it was very sloppy and items were missing ingredients like my Mexican pizza had no sauce, The guy from the previous night also lied about his name and the other staff member as well. I only know because I let the morning staff know what his name was and apparently he lied and used one of their names. When I returned in the morning I brought back all of the food and was refused a refund again this time by the GM named Ali, after the crew called and explained my experience.
I highly recommend using your card if you go to this location as they won’t issue you a refund if they mess up.

As usual the food was up to Taco Bell taste taste and the variety was the same however I wish they would come up with a packaging system so that by the time you got your food home the tacos weren’t soggy. The parking lot was clean and free of debris and overall wasn’t good care however the glass to the entry doors could use some improvement. The exit doors were in very bad shape and there was actual material on the door handle Istanbul that would have been transferred from person to person had it not been taken off.. Perhaps we as individuals need to start taking person is art taking personal accountability for our own health when entering and exiting buildings from now on seen how corporate America or even the small MA and pops overlook this more and more..

Gatekeeping a bathroom to only paying customers. Had to wait 5 minutes to get the key because they assumed I was doordash not a paying customer. Guess counter service with 7 workers at 7pm is non existent anymore. The bathroom was in appalling shape. Piss on the floor, no paper towels, the stall seat had liquid all over it. No way it’s been cleaned in over a week. Didn’t want to eat after this experience.
