I go to tacobell a lot!! 2-3 times a week, I do not go to this one very often because I work in Jacksonville, but I was home today and went here. I’ve been here an everytime it’s disappointing, I wait 30-45 minutes because they are more worried about drive thru and playing around laughing in the back then getting to the store front, that’s the first issue, the second being this is the worse Taco Bell in a 50 mile radius, I’m an hvac tech mainly in Jacksonville but I go to Daytona to, I’ve been to all of these establishments and this one needs to have corporate come out an either retrain every single person that works here or they need fired. The food is so inconsistent, I get the same thing every time. This place doesn’t fill the taco all the way leaving you with nothing but bread to eat and others are full. I get 6 chicken flat bread melts with a large drink, this meal costs me 20 dollars. But the amount of food in these tacos are ridiculous. I highly recommend paying more attention to the customers then laughing in the back having a good time.
I posted this 3 months ago now I’m adding to it, the only consistency here is yall consistency mess things up. They need to send cooperate here and fire every single manager an employee here. Just start brand new and train properly. Such a disappointment to the Taco Bell name

Terrible service! Completely ignored anyone who walked in for 15-20 minutes. We finally got a refund along with another gentleman who used up his whole lunch break and had to leave without food! The drive thru was prioritized. We were just ordering a couple of tacos. They were so confused and inefficient. Also, side note for those traveling the bathrooms were not very clean.

We placed an online order and it asks if you want to enter a pick time or have them start prepping when you get there, we opted for prepping when we get there. When we arrived the order was already ready. Among other things we ordered a cantina chicken crispy with double meat however, what we got were three pieces of chicken in each serving. WOW!!!

Very unorganized! Waited 20 minutes with no food and no interaction from staff. Many others were waiting as well. Finally flagged down staff and they didn’t even know when my order would be done so I got a refund and left. Meanwhile the drive thru was being served. Don’t go here!!

Ive been going to taco bell for 10 years now, and this is by far the worst one ive ever been to. The food was really good for taco bells,but the worst part is the SERVICE!! It took damn near 40 DAMN MINUTES to get my food out. I literally only got a crunchwrap supreme, and a soft taco, THATS IT! There was 2 other people in the place too and one had their food when we walked in anyway.

20 minutes for pre-cooked food made incorrectly. Whats the point of ordering ahead if they don’t start the food until after they see you standing in the lobby and waiting for 10 minutes? Check your order. I paid extra for toppings and they didn’t read the ticket. They corrected the mistake but pre ordered and pre cooked food shouldn’t take over 20 minutes.

This is literally my 3rd time ordering delivery on the app. The first 2 times I added black beans to my double decker and they did NO BEEF only black beans. I never removed the beef. This happened two times. Tonight I ordered delivery again with hope it would be correct. I ordered beans added to a crunch wrap … it came with NO BEEF only beans. Once again I never used the option to REMOVE the beef. I ordered my burrito with NO sour cream add rice and onions. Tons of sour cream all in it. No onions though. Also my Cinnabons were missing and so was my sauce. This place clearly is full of a bunch of incompetent people that cannot even read an order ticket. This is now over 50$ of food I have wasted on this place plus delivery fees and missing dinner! Ive officially learned my lesson about this place.

As usual the dinning area is dirty and out of drink lids and most the time out of napkins and utensils too. Employees need to tend to the dinning area in between their busy moments instead of going to the back of the restaurant to play on their phones.
10/18/2025, mobile order: I was seen by 2 employees standing at the counter waiting for someone to hand me the bag with my name on it. After the employee handed drinks and food to 2 vehicles in the drive thru I was fed up, went around the counter and got my own food. As I was leaving I heard an employee say “a customer just went around the counter and grab a bag” well duh! Nobody was working the damn counter so yeah I helepd myself to MY FOOD!

worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell in my Life!! Very rude not helpful asked about the menu and didn’t want to help.. train your staff better or get better stuff thank you!
