The food was absolutely horrendous. Michaela a worker there helped me out and was the only saving grace of this incredibly poor restaurant. The food was old put together like nobody cared. I spoke to the manager she never apologized to me told me my money will be back in my account in 35 business days. In all fairness she was a young girl who doesn’t understand business. I’m sure not yet. I hold the owners responsible for this, this girl should not be in a management position not without adequate training on customer service. The workers start off at $14 an hour highly unmotivated. This used to be a restaurant I visited two times a week. My wife and I will never go back to this restaurant again.

For good reason, I’m always hesitant about eating at Taco Bell. This one is below Taco Bell’s low standards. The service was slow and the food is mediocre at best. What is missing from our food in the attached picture? Two items are missing. This reinforces my comment regarding the poor service.

They skimp on the food, but the best is if you don’t pay through the app and intend on entering your receipt for rewards…they already scanned so the employees get your rewards. Jessica the “supposed” Manager is also, aware and most likely in on it. If I make a purchase and I have my receipt I have 5 days to enter for rewards, but the workers are scanning to get your rewards. I didn’t even leave the parking lot yet. Yeah I have the conversations (2) recorded for corporate. Hmmm soooo all those times it said oops looks like uploaded to another account the crew there has been scanning your receipts.

I’m not sure if there is a lack of staffing, if so that issue should be addressed because I’m sure the workers get stressed out over angry customers. I don’t think I have ever actually waited this long for my food at any other Taco Bell before before, yet this Taco Bell has consistently kept me waiting for upwards of 30 minutes each time, with a relatively simply order (2 people ordering 3 items each) whoever is the manager here has to do better lol

They change the menu for the worst. Big beef burrito supreme was a hit since 20+ years. Now it’s a twig. Not Evan a portion. Prices are insane. We go in to eat and it’s over 30 dallors for two? We can eat at a none fast food diner with full service for less. Use to be grate. Poor poor. Poor. Portions were hafe of what it use to be. And the service. If you can get their attention and get them to stop talking and cussing you might get service. Then an employee came out of the bathroom stenching of pot. Yes you can smell the marijuana pens. If you check my profile, you’ll see I rarely ever leave bad reviews. But this really needs to be said. I’ve lived here for 20 years and it’s always been the same thing. Hit or miss. Typically the food is bad and typically your order is wrong. Few weeks ago, Crunchwrap was the width of a piece of cardboard. Hardly any food on the tortilla. Then last night, ordered DoorDash and that was a mistake (and they won’t even help). Outside of a missing item, the bottom of the bag was soaking wet which bled whatever watery contents was there into two of the quesadillas. The only eatable quesadilla had about one small scoop of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. The other ends of the tortilla were just blank. I feel like I’m always just ordering tortillas here and not the menu item ♂️ I have run into this issue in person and in drive thru in the past and have not said anything. I have been to Taco Bell’s across the US that are absolutely incredible (example: even just in our town, the Taco Bell on state road 16 has always been amazing, but it’s a 30 minute drive each way to go to that one). I must say this one here on US-1 is one of the worst locations. No matter how many times I try it, it’s bad. Why can they not find good management and train employees to properly prepare the items? Feel like I’m screaming into the wind as people have talked about this for decades now at this location. There’s one woman, I do not recall her name, but she’s been there at least ten years now – SHE is amazing. But she’s the drive thru person you speak with. Shes always friendly, and that keeps me trying again. I just wish the staff could prepare the order right. When I’m craving Taco Bell, I really do want Taco Bell

Service was absolutely horrible. No one would bother to wait on us. We started to think maybe it was all done by kiosk so that’s how we made our order. The next people that came in must have been special because they started taking orders again. Even the though I put our orders in specifically how we wanted them they still managed to get them wrong. Raise the prices and get worse service. That sounds about right these days.
