Every time I come to this location I spend minimum 30 minutes waiting on my food. They say it’s because they have a big order. I find it oddly convenient that I come to this location at least 3 times a week and it’s always the same excuse. “I’m sorry we had a $200 order in drive through.” That’s great but can I have my mobile order I placed an hour ago. Not to mention the manager who usually works nights complained about me asking what’s causing the constant 30 minute wait. Will be updating this review each time I come with the issue I had that visit.

This location had managed to screw up 90% of my order, twice in a row now. I hate to hold people up, digging through my bag of tacos because we all want to go home, but good lord, this is ridiculous. I just don’t understand how an order being given through the drive through, speaking to the attendant slow, clearly, and calmly, can result in my entire order getting astronomically botched.
Atleast they gave me the right drink. The girl in the drive through was nice, but that’s $30 down the drain and only thing I received that I asked for was a Pepsi.

Arrived and I waited at the counter for 3 mins. No one came to help me.
So I ordered my food on the kiosk. Then waited what seemed like forever. People inside were waiting a while one guy ordered at 1 and at 130 he said he wanted his money back. They told him he would have to do it on the app. And said his ticket just came up. 30 mins after he ordered it. Food was good. But the wait time and being forced to use the kiosk was not . Also the restaurant was clean. But the bathroom has two sinks the one by the urinal had a broken soap dispenser. So you couldn’t wash your hands with soap. The one in the toilet stall had one. But if someone was in there dropping the browns at the super bowl you wouldn’t have been able to wash your hands. So there is that

I ordered three items and two of the three were not correct. I simply ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans and extra beer. I got beans and as far as I can tell very little or no cheese and sour cream and no extra beef. My potatoes had a drop of nacho cheese for my cheesy fiesta potatoes. I will think twice before wasting my money, time and gas to go to this store again.

First time at this location. I ordered the number 8, which is 3 Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes. I love those Doritos shells, whoever came up with that idea is a genius! I buy them when I make tacos at home. The soft Dorito ones are not good. Okay back to this review. I will start off with the good part first which is the tacos were warm and tasted as expected. The bad part is I wanted extra tomatoes and no lettuce on mine. They got the no lettuce part right, not the extra tomatoes, and they plopped my sour cream on one side of the taco instead of across the whole taco also I got a diced tomato end. See my pics they speak for themselves. The men’s bathroom was stocked and pretty clean and didn’t smell bad. The customer service great!

Excellent customer service fast and efficient reliable the atmosphere is excellent as well sometimes the food isn’t prepped properly or the burritos and crunchwraps aren’t properly but that’s more of a night time problem overall it’s an excellent Taco Bell and the prices are very good

when we went through the drive through the service from one particular employee that said her name was miranda was unfortunately terrible, she was disrespectful and rude and spent more time flirting with coworkers than giving polite costumer service. i too have had bad experiences with this employee including i ordered a frozen baja blast and she made it and left it sit on the counter to melt while she continually talked to coworkers and then i later got handed a 3/4th melted drink with semi cold food from it sitting out. the service from this particular employee makes our experience bad every time. this is not meant to bash on the place as a whole because every other experience has been good with little to no complaints

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell I have been to. Orders are hardly correct and the wait. The wait is the longest I have seen. Only longer wait is an ER. Save yourself time and eat somewhere else.

**YA’LL!!** I ORDERED AGAIN AND AGAIN IT WAS AMAZING!! OK, so I ordered 47 meals for work, and Manager Kathy was familiar with our process and made a big task seem small! They had everything accessible, boxed, and ready to load. Rachel helped load and explained the packaging of the special orders. She was very helpful, and we’re grateful for Ashley’s support as well! Always service with a smile! Thank you again, Ms. Kathy, Rachel, and Ashley, for your hard work to feed the people we serve while maintaining the local lunch rush as well! Everyone was satisfied! We’ll definitely be back!
**A must read!!** I ordered 45 $5 cravings boxes on Thursday for pick-up on Friday for work, and the manager, Timothy, meet us in the parking lot!! It was interesting because I’d just received news of my father’s passing and before I could react, Timothy was motioning to us…I let my window down and he asked we’re we there for the big order. I said yes and he said you can park right here and he’ll bring everything out. Mind you, I’d also requested pick-up time to be 12:15PM and it was 12:20, but they were ready and waiting on place! Timothy made paying a breeze, while on the phone with Kathy (the manager I’d placed the order with on Thursday) and because he was new, she talked him through the steps of our tax exempt form. She was at her doctor’s appointment and took time to help him help us! I was so overwhelmed with how good service was that it was the perfect distraction after hearing the news about my dad because the people were waiting to eat and the show must go on!! And go on it did!! My coworker Kirk was making all the fountain drinks as my phone kept ringing with people sending condolences and checking on me. Everything seemed to be happening so fast, but that’s what I needed! Timothy pushed the food out on a cart and helped put it in the van! We even got freezies out if the deal…so yummy!! Thanks Tim, you rocked it out!
