Could I make a suggestion. Please place the hours of operation for the lobby at the front door and online… I also felt that it was inconsiderate for the drive thru to only be open for dashers after a certain time while prepared orders are piling up at the front of the store. Especially since the drive-thru line is going very slow.
As a dasher, you can see all the orders ready up front. But even when I knocked and asked if I could pickup my order a few minutes past closing lobby time, they said drive-thru only. Mind you, the associate was less than 5ft away from the “pick-up order” stand.
Me and another dasher that arrived at 10:04 Friday night, agreed that while we could reach and see our orders ready a few feet away from the front door. The employee still refused on handing them to us. Very lazy, a 5ft girl that had a black and white head scarf on.
Also, if y’all have enough time to write up a paper requiring that customers take their masks off before entering during Halloween then y’all have enough time to write the hours for the lobby.

We waited 20 minutes in the drive through, food took just as long, and then half of the food was missing. This is the third time this has happened at this location. I went inside to avoid the drive through and they were standing around

Every time I go to this location, they get the order wrong. Example: I order and pay for the crunchy SUPREME, they give the regular non-supreme. Every single time. Other than that the quality of the food is usually good.

Don’t bother going as the food is terrible. Will never return. There are so many other Mexican restaurants in the area that are hands down better, so just go to one of them.

Using the kiosks makes it soooo much more customisable- you cn get items exactly like you want them!
(And try the grilled and fresco choices at the bottom!)

I really haven’t had a bad personal experience with the staff here, always friendly, but sometimes inaccurate orders. The drive thru line is always long, extremely slow, etc. Made the mistake of going in to try to avoid this, just won’t be visiting this location again. Mens bathroom door won’t lock (broken handle), water pressure so weak it took a solid minute just to rinse the soap off my hands, toilet seat looks so old and crusty I wouldn’t want to sit on it, both trash cans overfilled in the lobby, etc. Place looks newer generally but the bathroom needs a lot of work and the staff are clearly overwhelmed apparently at all times with the number of customers in the drive thru, which is always slow. More than once after waiting in the drive thru for ten minutes without any cars moving I bailed. Not mad, just really disappointed because the location otherwise is convenient.

This place just sucks! It gets worse every time. I ordered a craving box and my gordota crunch literally had barely any meat on it. Similar experience the last time we ordered several weeks ago. They also hardly put cheese on any of the food. For what TB charges now, the quality is not there. Such a waste!!

Ordered 2 cheese roll ups tonight like I normally do, added ground beef. Got a ton of possible pico/ onions and tomatoes included and not ordered. Had to throw them away. Very disappointed!!

I am so happy with this restaurants staff. The nicest lady is always there who always has a bun and glasses makes the experience wonderful for me and my newly married husband. She even congratulated us and we feel always welcome here. This places is my husbands favorite restaurant.
