This was a solid Taco Bell in terms of food, but the service was pretty slow given it seemed they had a full staff and only 3 customers. It took about 10 minutes to get my food after ordering. The place seemed clean enough and it was after 7pm.

The individuals at this particular store have an issue ignoring in store customers. It at one time was the best Taco bell in Columbus, but has gone down hill drastically since. I was the only customer inside, waited almost 20 minutes for my food, and when they finally got my food to me didnt say a word, just put the bag on the counter, not even a simple “sorry for your wait” the order was correct and the food was good.

Won’t be going back to this one. The person who took my order was pleasant and friendly, but that’s where thr good experience ended. The person who handed me the food didnt mutter a word or anything, and then once I got home and opened the food, our nacho fries were both upside down in the bag lol. Then to top it off my crunchwrap was anything but crunchy except for the two dime sized chunks of burnt… something. Save your money and time and go to the closed sonic next door if you want a better experience.

The food here is exactly what you expect, but be prepared to wait. It is consistently a little slow every time I visit, whether in the drive-thru or inside. The orders eventually come out fine, but if you’re in a real rush, this probably isn’t the quickest stop.

Customer service falls under every umbrella of terrible, dang on cashier was working drive thru and told me she couldn’t take my order due to her working drive thru but took the elderly lady in front of me, just dang on rude I said thank you after she decided to take my order and she just walked away. Look it’s a fast food job and she choose to work there when she put in an application it’s not the customer fault because and employee is the only cashier working it’s part of the job!!!! I would never recommend anyone to take out there even though people will and are! I want it on notice how the staff inside there are rude and jealous. I mean if I were shaped like a platypus I would be upset too!!

A bunch of thrives. Employees here take advantage of door dash, uber eats and customers because of policies. We were missing almost $50 of food, over 8 items today. Then when calling these places are told we must get refund through door dash. Fire those who are stealing. Hold them accountable. There’s no way you accidentally miss 7 items. They know they can keep food to eat that day for free and think it won’t track back to them. I know it was them because the bag was still sealed.

manager “hid” in the office with 2 to 3 other employees for over 5 minutes straight goofy goobering just to avoid taking my order, she also snatched the bag out of my hand instead of asking for it politely smh this manager doesn’t even have manners :/ do better taco bell. keisha you’re fired!

Decided to get Taco Bell for dinner. Go around 6 pm and see the steak grilled cheese nacho fries and decide to get it for the wife for something new to try. Paid 5 dollars and some change for all the cheese to be stuck on a piece of paper because they put it in the box upside down. With about 4 pieces of meat and 7 fries. Victory drive continues to never surprise me.

Well, it’s getting to be a disappointing place. I’ve visited about a dozen times. This visit has me thoroughly discouraged. There was a kid on the counter for a few minutes. No forks or spoons in the store. And as seen a few other times, only half the drinks were available in the drink machine. Service is slow and customer satisfaction is clearly no longer a priority.

To the manager Who says that everything Has to be proportion. This is how your taco supposed to look. Not with a couple pieces of lettuce, tomato, and tiny bit of meat. You refused to give me my money back and informed me to talk to your boss, who has yet reached out to me, even though I called corporate.
