I just went thru the drive thru and the lady was rude and nasty she continuously cut me off and..customer service was rude. I will never be back and I hope people.follow along. Spend your money where people are respectful to customers. I asked for no beans extra cheese. They gave me less cheese no meat.

My husband and I love eating at Taco Bell. This was our first time coming to this location and will most likely be the last. NEKESHA I believe was at the register at this time. ( I got the name from the receipt) There was 0 customer service experience. Super rude. We wanted to reassure something and she says “ that’s what I said” in the rudest tone. We continued ordering but same dryness, angry tone was still there. Then when we get to the window. Same rudeness applied. She just gave us our stuff and when we asked for the receipt it almost seemed the way she gave it to us was aggressive. My husband was saying please and thank you through it out.. I hope she learns something from this.

Good luck getting your order if you’re a walk up customer. They prioritize drive through over walk up service despite placing the order in the app before the drive through crowd. The management at this location should be ashamed if they care at all.

This store is some kind of bizarre new design. There is nowhere to sit. The few outdoor tables they have are stand-up only. I tried to order at the window today around 2pm (post lunch rush) and none of the 4 employees would come to the window as I waited over 10 minutes. I went to Arby’s instead and was out in less than 5 minutes. Franchise owner- close this store before you lose more money.

As a weekly customer of this taco bell. I can say they got a good group of workers. The food is always what I ordered, even when I make special changes. Also, they are very quick, it never takes more than a couple minutes to get through even when the line is full.

In drive thru and pull up to window and lady does not speak a single word to me. Doesn’t say my total (just sticks hand out window and looks at me), doesn’t ask if I want sauces, doesn’t say “have a good day”, nothing at all was said to me. They need to learn some customer service.

SHOUT OUT to the new taco masters on the 1400 block of Veterans Parkway. I went there the other day and they gave me over 63, packets, of sauce, with my taco 12 pack!!!! I only have one word

The last 2 times I’ve came the person at the window had a sorry attitude and something has been wrong with the order and I didn’t have any special instructions. There’s barely any meat, no greens or onions that come on the street tacos. This place sucks I’m not coming back today was the last time. I paid 12 bucks and missing a few things. No wonder they have more 1 star reviews than anything

Came here to pick up an order that was placed 20min before I got to the store. Pulled into drive-thru told them im here for a pickup told me to come inside the kiosk. Got inside the kiosk heard the shift leader tell them to make the drive thru orders 1st before they start on my order that was placed before every order they were making and still had to wait for drive thru to be cleared…… why not just make my order when I came to the drive thru then????????

Go to this taco bell all the time. These people super rude always bully me out of my rewards points by giving me a receipt that cuts out the barcode at the bottom and not even showing what I ordered on screen in the app. Asked for a cheesy double beef and got a cheesy roll instead. My rewards gift doesn’t even kick in because of them stealing points. Not only served the wrong thing but lie about the order when registered first pickup then when clicked on it says drive thru. I ordered through the kiosk at said location.
