Placed a online order with out the app, went to the location to pick up the order. The women at the drive thru were super nice. Got home and found have of my order was missing. Not wanting to go back out, call the local store to get the food missing refunded. The man that answered the phone was nice, but he couldn’t give the manger on duty to come to the phone to speak with me, he was “too busy” to handle a customer issue. I was to call another number, 1-800-TACOBEL. Not very customer friendly, just to push me off on a number. Of course the number was closed. As a manager myself of a business, I know this is some BS customer service. Order # 973124 on 11/21/25. Fast Food workers want $15 an hour but I ordered 4 items and got 2, really. Del Taco for now on!

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. I don’t say this lightly. I am very easy to please, I give grace and ample opportunity. I have been to this location 4-5 times because it is the closest location to my house and there is no exaggeration when I say the food has been poor in quality 4 of those times. Dog food quality, insanely minuscule quantity of meat on items, sloppy, on top of missing items I paid for. They have left me in tears from the amount of frustration.Tonight was my last straw. Not even here to bash them but it needs to be taken seriously and something needs to be done about the lack of integrity. Customer service is fine, but food quality is 0/10

Can I give negative stars? This place sucks. Everytime i come here all the workers have attitude and take forever to even speak to you. The moment they finally speak to you theyre rolling their eyes and dismissing everything you say. This place needs a whole new crew for sure. Never had a good experience at this location. That’s just the workers. Dont get me started on the food.

When we got ready to.leave there was a young lady that works for the Taco Bell that was outside yelling and cursing at someone on the phone. I found this to be very unprofessional not becoming of an employee of this establishment.

Apparently they are only doing one scoop of meat on the quesadillas now accordingly to the girl at the drive thru window, this is ridiculous never have I ever had a quesadilla look so bare from Taco Bell. First time in months I’ve been to Taco Bell and I definitely will not be going back anytime soon. Staff are rude and get pissed when you pay for extras and they forget them and you ask for the extras you paid for.
