First time trying their new value menu, the beef nachos were really good however very messy in the bag and container as you can see. I asked for mild sauce at the window was given four packs and asked for more and lady at the window said they limited on how many packets they can give mind you ordered two items. She said I can have two additional sauce packets , seriously? Food is good but service can use some help

We ordered just under $40 of food and waited almost a hour to get it. They were fully focused on drive through. Then the night manager who was in drive through walked outside for 30 minutes at least. They didn’t take any orders at front counter so had to use the kiosk or not order. The manager was very abrasive to both the workers and the customers. They were very understaffed but the one young man on the line was very nice and tried his best even when the manager yelled at him

Greated by sour people who hate their jobs. Half my order was missing, the half i did receive looked like it was stepped on. When i called to report that half my order was missing i was told “and? So what do you expect me to do ” then hung up. Id rather drive an extra 30 mins to tallahassee to receive better tasting, better put together food served with a smile.

I ordered the party box of 12 hard.Shell tacos and a party box of twelve softshell tacos and my parting box of hard shell tacos was short by 4. 3 of them were broken beyond recognition and the others were mediocre at best.Some of her soft shell tacos, the meat was undercooked, and they were lukewarm to begin with and ice cold.By the time we got home to monticello , it was just horrible experience , very costly and not worth the time

All in all it was a pretty decent experience. The food was hot and tasty. I love coming to Taco Bell cause it is a neutral fast food joint for us vegan and vegetarians. We didn’t have any problems during our visit, the cashier wasn’t super friendly, but I definitely would not say she was rude; more neutral than anything. The bathroom was clean and the soda fountain was fully stocked and ready for business. 5/5

I ordered one drink on the kiosk, and I waited so long that I had to go to the desk and ask for it. They acknowledged it and kept doing what they were doing. It was only after about 5 minutes before someone finally gave me a cup. Very dismissive service.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced a bunch of teenagers with bad attitudes. I ordered through the drive through and my complete order was wrong. I got out my car and when I went to go inside the worker locked the door in my face. I showed him the bag and told him they got it wrong and he shrugged, rolled his eyes, and walked off. All the workers just stared at me outside holding the bag up. This place should be shut down.
