Taco bell is always the best fall back if all other places fail. Taco bell never gets my order wrong. I always order 2 beef and bean burritos just beef, beans, and cheese. No onions and no red sauce, 2 soft shell tacos with just meat and cheese, an order if cinnamon twists and occasionally ill order pinto and cheese with no red sauce. The flavors are always impeccable! Also, if you habe never tried what I said try it! I like to sometimes put cinnamon twists on the burritos and it adds a little extra flavor to them. But kudos to Taco Bell for keeping a faithful customer happy for over 15 years! I woukd highly recommend going to Taco Bell if all the other fast food restaurants fail you!

Wanted to try out their chicken they were disgusting they didn’t even look nothing like the picture as someone who works with a fryer you can tell the oil is old. Chicken nuggets stunk everytime you open the bag you can smell them i wanted a refund but i live 20 minutes away. Don’t recommend getting them at all!!

It’s a Taco Bell, so this 5 is relative obviously, but this is the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My items actually looked like the pictures and was hot and correct. Not much else you can ask for from fast food!

I asked for a #6 which is 2 chalupas and a taco I asked for no sour cream add nacho cheese. I didn’t get tomatoes and hardly no sour cream and look like I received food that had been sitting for awhile this is unacceptable and I’m not satisfied with the service

Lately, this place has extremely cut down the food portions. Even though you pay for extra ingredients, they still refuse to fill the items with an appropriate amount of food.
See the picture of a power bowl, which looks nothing like the menu item. Charging $7 for that is just ridiculous. They don’t even give out receipts anymore. Probably so, no one complains to corporate.

I was the only car in line. I ordered 3 crystals and a fry. The bread and meat was hard. I had to tear around it to eat it. Imagine having to pull off parts that’s hard and the sandwich is already small. I see why this place has no cars. I will Not be going to this location again. With no cars in line at least give out fresh food man smh. It was around 2ish.

The people that work here don’t care about getting your order right. This place reminded me why I don’t eat fast food anymore.

Dang shame you get refused service because the employees wouldn’t ring our order at the register because they were told that everyone has to use the kiosk. I don’t work for Taco Bell, so why should I have to place my own order. 3 people standing in the drive-thru area and people on the line, and 1 sweet young man doing all the work. They were not busy at all at the time. Absolutely rude employees. The couple in front of us also wasn’t happy about using the kiosk either and would not be back. They stated they dont like it either. I don’t trust the kiosks. I explained that this is where my autistic grandson wanted to eat on our special day together and was told again to use the kiosk. She had my grandson upset because of her tone of voice and refusing to take our order. Indidnt want to disappoint my grandson so we went thru the drive thru and when ordering I forgot to add a sour cream, they again refused to ring it again and was told to go through the drive thru again if I wanted it because they couldn’t ring it up. 2 pieces of my chicken quesadilla had no cheese or chicken, just a hard tortilla shell. When I asked for my receipt, she said we don’t give them out. When I did get one, the receipt was torn on top with the address and phone number. They also refused to give me information for the corporate number. She did take my number so ghe “Manager could contact me” but threw the paper away after I started walking away. The employees were all rude about it. It’s sad that people have to be like this. Be careful using kiosks to order because illegal card readers can be placed on them and used to get your information. One employee left the restaurant and noticed she parked in the customer parking area instead of the employee parking area. Do they think this is also OK? Customers do not want to walk from the back of the lot to get into the restaurant. We wanted to sit inside to eat, but we ended up sitting outside instead. I am very disappointed in this Taco Bell and the staff.

Had an online order but the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went inside, waited 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge us, only to be told to order on the kiosk instead. I tried to explain I already had an online order, and the woman told me I was just going to have to wait, and I told her I needed to check in because the app asks me to check in on the speaker, and she cut me off to repeat that I had to wait like everybody else and she stormed off to take her break. Only to wait another 20 minutes, have to flag down an employee, and be told they haven’t made anything because I never checked in. I tried! Your employee was more worried about going on her break! Nevermind the several elderly people waiting up front to pay cash that nobody acknowledged who couldn’t use the kiosk. Get it together.
