30 minute wait in the dining room, was still missing items, and this was the state of the food that was given. Over $30 for this trash. Absolutely pathetic place. Handfuls of people standing around, and no a single person at the front counter to check and see what was going on, or offer our drink cups. This is why fast food restaurant workers are considered a joke. Because they stink at their job.

This is how you know people don’t listen , I ordered 2 burrito supremes and repeated my order 3 times, she even repeated it back to me, and as i get to my destination (work) i open the bag to find two bean burrito’s, not even what i ordered. ♂️. i wouldn’t be so aggravated if i hadn’t had to repeat my order so many times only to still get it wrong. i guess its my fault i should have checked before i left, Just figured since we talked about it so much it wouldn’t be wrong!!!!

Taco Bell today (November 5, 2025) around 12:30 AM, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The service was terrible, and what they offered on the menu did not match what they actually sold — it felt like a complete scam. On top of that, the person who attended us was extremely rude and disrespectful. Totally unacceptable behavior. I will definitely not be coming back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

I visited this store at 11 at night on Saturday January 10th and customer service was awful. The lady on the speaker was being rude when talking back, laughing while on the mic and rushing me. When I got to the window I received no receipt. I got all quarters for my change because nobody felt like going to the safe to get ones. Constantly closing the window when I tried asked for sauce or a straw. But the food was made well just the service needs to be worked on

This restaurant has an issue with cleanliness. Primarily regarding their chips. I dont know if theyre fried in house (doubt) or they dont clean out their containers well enough, because every single time I get chips from here they TASTE LIKE SOAP. Im not sure if its rancid fryer oil, stale chips, or improperly cheaning out the storage containers, but these chipa from this location have always tasted funny. I havent run into this at other locations yet.

This location does not know how to cook potatoes. My order is a chicken quesadilla, adding nacho cheese and potatoes to it.
I’ve gotten that same order from the store twice and both times the potatoes have been so hard that I couldn’t chew them.
Today was the second instance where I ran into this and I will not be revisiting. These are the potatoes that I had to pull out of my food because I couldn’t crunch them with my fingers. It felt like I was going to break it tooth off just trying to chew one. They were crunchier than potato chips but hard as a rock.
The service was good, but having rock hard potatoes in your food turns the entire experience into a negative one.

Service not so good, just looked at me standing at the counter, had to use kiosk to place order no one inside but me, paid over $7 for three taco’s and a drink (shown in pictures) don’t mind paying for good food but not much meat for the money, I always liked Taco Bell but I think this will be my last trip, not the first time I’ve gotten this quality (amount) of food, I like my money more than that.

It really is a poor excuse for a Taco Bell. Food was “came out of a refrigerator” cold. Waitstaff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The one positive – the bathroom was clean and stocked.
