It’s Taco Bell so the food is great! The service was lacking unfortunately. No smiling faces at all and were not accommodating. We are passing through so probably won’t be back but would’ve been nice to be treated a little better.

It seems that these days Taco Bell at this location places more importance on Door Dash and Uber Eats than people actually wanting to eat inside or take out orders. Have to wait an average about 45 minutes to place a take out order (placed on a self service kiosk) and get the food, all while people are getting their Uber eats, Door dash orders faster. Upon placing the Kiosk order, I was told that my order would be at least 3 screens after the Delivery orders are made. There were 9 people standing to pick up the Delivery orders.
Save your time and frustration and go somewhere else…..the food is not that great or worth the time.

This is probably the cleanest taco bell I’ve ever seen.
There is the absolute nicest lady working in the dining room, helping people place orders on the tablets, bringing cups for drinks and helping in general. She is so wonderful and I appreciate her help so much.

The food gave me the craps, but it was really good and the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. In fact it actually did me a solid because I had been constipated and I’ve had two really good bowel movements in the past 12 hours since consuming their products. And the kicker is that it was cheaper and more convenient than buying medicine. I was simultaneously cured AND satiated. Thanks Taco Bell.

The drive thru employee was absolutely disrespectful and lacked understanding of the social construct of her job. I had made one mistake in ordering my meal and she responded very disrespectfully and dismissive.

If I could give a negative score I would. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been too. First, we walked in and right away they were literally fighting with an old man who was trying to pay for his food at the counter. The customer was being rude but the lady behind the counter was being more rude and harsh to him. Everything calmed down and we got our food. My chalupa was stale so I asked for them to be remade and I was met with hostility and eye rolls. They snatched the stale chalupas out of my hand and threw them aggressively into the trash. When I got my chalupa it was fine but the cinnamon twists were outrageously horrible. No cinnamon or sugar on them at all. I understand they were short staffed but they only had us in there and no other orders so I’m not sure what was going on. Needless to say, we will not return to this establishment. Do better staff and Taco Bell.

Extremely rude. 0 customer service skills. I ordered steak dipping burritos. I was unaware of them coming wrapped together. The lady was not helpful when ordering, she caught an attitude, and raised her voice instead of explaining something so simple. She proceeded with aggressive body language at the window, while getting another worker to come to the window to explain and slammed the window after. I work in healthcare and do not understand how fast food workers cannot have basic customer service skills.

I came thru the drive thru and ordered a nacho grande , dorito locos taco, and a 5 layer burrito. They repeat back my order. somehow in the 15 mins i was stuck waiting in that slow moving line they mixed up my order and i left with a nacho grande, 5 layer and a beef supreme burrito. maybe it’s my fault for not checking the bag after i left but coming off work and wanting to get some quick food it doesn’t seem fair to me as a consumer to have left one job and have to come do their job of making sure my order is correct. This is the last change i have this taco bell bc every single time i’ve came my order has consistently been wrong so i’d rather take the extra 5 mins to drive to the one by the mall.

Two stars is generous, I’ve been to this Taco Bell a few times and not a single time have I gotten through their drive through in less than 20 minutes. No wonder they work at a fast food joint as an adult.

I Had an online order. First, the lady gave me someone else’s order okay no problem it’s happens. Then when was she gave me my order it was wrong . They are so worried about drive thru times when they need to be worried about gettting people’s orders right. Then my food looked all slap together!!! ( Messy)
