PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS. The initial thrill of ordering at this restaurant quickly diminished when the food arrived, which turned out to be old and stale. The cheesy potatoes were far from fresh, and the chicken tenders seemed to have been reheated in a microwave, lacking any warmth. My boyfriend ended up tossing his chicken taco because it also looked unappetizing. Overall, the food quality was disappointing, especially with no other customers around. The only bright spot was the friendly older lady who served us, but given the poor experience, I won’t be coming back.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more apathetic and disinterested workforce in a fast food restaurant. They sat behind the counter chatting, not acknowledging customers, not acknowledging the people standing at the register waiting to order, and not making food either. They were seven of them doing literally nothing. I don’t know how this restaurant can stay in business like this, they should fire everyone and start over. Even my disinterested teenager could do more work than that.

Stopped here now a few times, conviently located next to I-95 just off Pooler Pkwy. Under new managment the place has a rustic feel motive. The inside has good house keeping and the rest rooms where in good clean condition. The food we ordered was good, but i believe more attention to detail while preparing the food on the line as there was one item that was not prepared as ordered; that being said although there was one thing made wrong the food was fresh and neatly prepared and tasted great. The staff were polite and quick to take our order and greeted us with smiles. The staff quickly fixed the issue on the order. We will be coming back again. Special thanks for the awsome work.

50 years of living hands-down, the best prepared meal I asked for a certain type of drink got it tasted great. I asked for shredded cheese. Cannot have liquid cheese. Got it service. Great price great highly impressed. Hope this continues at this location and others like it. Thank you Taco Bell.

This is by far my absolute favorite Taco Bell!! They never get my order wrong and always give me an adequate amount of sauce. I order from this Taco Bell an insane amount of times, like a religious amount. The staff is always super nice, even in the later hours. They are awesome!

Mike, you need to fire your entire staff. This is horrendous. Your manager hung up on me. Disgusting food. Taco Bell serves the simplest food. It is not hard to serve it properly and hot. Why pay your employees when they cant do their job? Horrendous is every way.

Sooo they have a 97 restaurant score, so we decided to eat here. I got the beef spicy fries that they made over cause the first one was soggy. The fries had too much cheese. And I got Mexican pizza, and the 2 shells were burnt. I got my money back on that. This taco bell was not good. The little night manager was friendly and trying to do well. She had to get onto 3 of the young guys back there. I probably won’t go back. They didn’t have any forks to eat with.

Chronically understaffed and absolutely not “fast” food. Midday on a Saturday they have four people working in the whole store, and are 15+ minutes delayed in delivering orders. Definitely don’t come in the store – they prioritize the drive through and keep everyone else waiting.

Stop in this location yesterday close to 2pm. The best customer service I have ever had at a Taco Bell. The ladies were so kind and friendly. Some of the others should take notes. And the food was fresh!!! Thank you for your awesome customer service.

Came for a early lunch. Staff was very kind restaurant was really clean. Food was great. All the food was very full of toppings and not lacking. The christain music was a blessing too.
