After another visit early Sunday morning, I saw the crew diligently cleaning the restaurant to perfection, which is very encouraging. I believe management is set on stepping up their game for great customer service. I’ll check back in a few weeks to see some great improvements!

The staff at this store is amazing. I had an order through Grubhub that was never picked up and was canceled, and when I called, Jasmine told me I could come pick it up free of charge. She was so nice and her and her crew were hard at work and still ensured we had fresh food and drinks. Made my entire week! Thank you Jasmine for being so polite and understanding!

didn’t receive most of my order, because we ordered in a group i didn’t receive any food at all. horrendous service and everyone was unhelpful when we tried to receive compensation. Staff were useless, and wanted to refund $2 door dash credits despite missing 6 items!! horrible service was left hungry tonight, we deserve more compensation.

Insane experience. Almost 40 minutes to get our food. Someone had to come and ask us if we even ordered. Almost as soon as they got us our food and in the middle of a rush, someone clocks out. Crazy.

chicken quesadilla literally came with NO SAUCE OR CHEESE. i’m so outraged because they can never get anything right at this location literally a waste of money EVERY time. Don’t bother ordering here go to the tom hill location they have not had a time where the order was right. literally drove all the way home just to see this.
