Today around 2:30 was our first & last time going to the gray Taco Bell. Guy & girl were standing outside when we arrived. The guy spit right where we’d be walking so I told my girls to watch where they walk. They did not greet us or anything. When we got inside, the girl behind the counter greeted us as she counted her register. The other girl & guy walked in and as the guy walked away from the counter, the kind girl told him to take our order. We were looking and deciding what to order when he said, “if you’re not ready, you can order at the kiosk.” I told him that we were still looking. Mind you, they were not busy at all (now I see why).

SLOWEST. DRIVE. THRU. EVER. Waited in drive through for 45minutes with 5 cars ahead of me. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker before i was greeted. After I said I had an online order (i already paid for) they had me pull around to the front to wait another 17 minutes to bring my food out to me. Several employees were socializing in the lobby. Got home with my order. It was wrong, missing items, and the crunchy tacos completely crushed. One was not even in a wrapper! If i could give negative stars i would. This was a Tuesday night too. They are playing with the drive thru timer system. They are not taking your order until the car in front of you is gone, then they give you your drinks super fast and ask you to pull around. Then take they take the next order. Ridiculous!

Went in with my wife to eat. Waited a couple of minutes while two employees finally found girl that does front. She told us that we had to use the kiosks self serve cause that was basic policy now in her words. My wife said nope! Store is empty and we counted at-least 4 employees! We walked out and while doing so Manager said what’s going on and we told her and of course the worker said she didn’t say that! Well then Manager said I ring you up. Guess what you can keep it cause we not coming back no more!

This is my third time here. The first time, I waited 30 minutes for my food. The second time, everything was great. This time was ridiculous. I ordered two crunchwraps with no sour cream and two soft shell tacos with no cheese. My tacos were for my kid, and he has a milk allergy. We get all the way home, and there’s NO cheese on the crunchwraps, and they literally gave my child two hard shell tacos with just cheese in it. It wasn’t busy. There wasn’t a line. This should not be difficult.

Weve been waiting for a Taco Bell in Gray for the 15 yrs we’ve lived here. This Taco Bell location is proving to be such a disappointment. On opening day the food was good. The second visit I ended up with food poisoning from the Beef Tacos.

I left about an hour ago and ordered 2 crunch wrap supremes, one with extra sour cream and cheese, 3 Doritos locos tacos, and. 12ct Cinnabon delights. I was charged for 2 crunch wrap supremes and they charged me for extra sour cream and cheese (.75¢ each) but gave me 2 regular crunch wraps. The tortilla was hard and chewy and it was cold when I got it. The Cinnabon delights were over cooked and cold as well. I wasted $35 on something my 2 year old doesn’t want to even eat… anyone gonna reimburse me? Cause I’m so over the terrible service.

Might as well drive to Macon to get food 45 mins in the drive thru with an online order half of the food ordered Isn’t available. This is the second time this week.
