2nd time coming here and food was stale and cold AFTER we requested everything fresh. First time we had 2 whole food items missing. They always say they’ll replace it which is why I gave 3 stars. I had to drive 10mins to come back and that’s aggravating!!

Every time I come to this location and get something with sauce in it, it never fails that the rest of my order will have that same sauce… Mini taco salad? Chipotle. Great that is how it comes, volcano quesarito with chipotle sauce, wth? It not just this one time, every few months I’ll try my local taco bell again, thinking maybe this will be the time. Spoiler it’s not.

My order was incorrect, which required me to return to the restaurant twice. The cinnamon twists contained no cinnamon. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told that other employees had been putting too much cinnamon on them, which did not address the issue.
During my second return, when I requested a refund, a male employee wearing glasses took the bag of food, despite the fact that food should not be taken back once it has left the restaurant. I informed him that taking the food did not impact me, as I am allergic to cheese, which was the reason the incorrect order was a concern in the first place.
Overall, the situation involved multiple errors, unclear explanations, and improper handling of a refund request. This experience reflects poor order accuracy, customer service, and food safety awareness.

Every time my husband and I come to this Taco Bell, about twice a week lol there is one woman who consistently gives great service. I know that she is new, but she is always very patient with us, takes the time to make sure our order is correct, and asks if we need anything else before finishing. No matter how busy it is, her attitude never changes she is always smiling and kind. This is the only Taco Bell we come to because of the great customer service she provides. I don’t remember her name, but she truly deserves recognition for her outstanding work.

Always get tacos that are soggy like they are always pre made so the hard shell is soggy by far the worst taco but great atmosphere pleasant people .Everytime ,I have been multiple times always the same with soggy pre made tacos….

Excellent customer service and Manager involvement. The problem arose when I as a drive thru customer pulled to the side to check the accuracy of my order and it was correct except the meat was so scarce I decided to go in store to show the manager who was super pleasant…She asked to remake my order with proper amount of beef. As would have it the wrap was nice-hot-pretty and plump but yet again full of cheese and skimpy on the meat….very disappointing and will only order tacos going forward..My recommendation is to check your order just to make sure there is adequate MEAT.

It’s Taco bell. But, I’ll have to say the Byron store is top notch. The burritos are thicker and the sauce was abundant. The store manager greeted us at the window which was a plus for me. I think his name was Anthony. Great Job!

Called to complain that after multiple orders they consistently put sour cream on food marked No Sour Cream, the manager HUNG UP ON ME and proceeded to CALL BACK to tell me I was wrong and there was no mention of no sour cream on my order, despite it being right there under the crunchwrap supreme.

The guy that took my order great customer service. But the food was disgusting. I got a steak quesadilla and soft taco. Both meat didn’t taste right. At this point I can’t even blame the cook it’s the type of meat they are using now. I recommend not going here I don’t care how hungry and quick you want something. You will be sick!
