Orders were delayed well beyond reasonable expectations, and there seemed to be a lack of coordination among staff, which resulted in confusion, incorrect orders, and frustrated customers. It was clear that the team was overwhelmed, and there didn’t appear to be strong leadership directing the flow of operations.
As a loyal customer, I believe Taco Bell has the potential to deliver consistently fast and friendly service with a few important improvements:
Stronger management presence to ensure efficiency and accountability.
Better communication and training for staff to handle peak hours smoothly.
Clearer order tracking systems to reduce mistakes and wait times.
I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that store leadership takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to enhance the experience for all customers. Thank you.
The drive through around noon on a weekday. There were two cars ahead in the drive through. The parking lot had a lot of cars in it for indoor service.
The order was taken without incident and the articulation was easy to understand, which is not like everywhere you go in middle Georgia. So good there… At the pickup window there was one girl of ethnic status standing and leaning against the window watching everyone else do the work. Everyone else was moving around fast trying to keep the lunch rush going except this girl. Not sure what her function was other than to absorb oxygen in the drive through but she was in the way of others. The girl who was actually working (at double speed,) was friendly and polite. The only issue was the mild sauce I asked for (and was on the ordering screen) was not in my bag when I got home.
For being in a military town, no military discount is offered here, like many competitors offer.

First time visit inside. While the restaurant looks new and fresh and well lit, the fun eroded quickly after first impressions. First, there is no one to take your order. The expectation was to use the touch screens and pay for it at the kiosks. Receipts are not printable at the kiosk so if you need a printed copy for tax write-offs you have to yell to the back of the kitchen to get someone’s attention to reprint it from a different machine. The root beer was out and to inquire about it, you have to yell back to someone in the back to get their attention. Some of The taco sauce packets were gross and had food on them. There were no forks until asking for one by yelling to the back of the kitchen again. Extra cheese was ordered for one item but while some cheese was melted the extra portion that cost extra money was not melted. One good thing I did like were the 110v outlets with 2 USB ports at some of the tables. That’s a nice touch that should be at more places. Not sure if I’d come back to eat indoors. But one reason would be to charge my phone or use a laptop for a work lunch. And lastly, the two handicap parking spots are at the worst location possible. If there’s more than two cars in the drive thru, you cannot get in and out of the handicap parking spots. And being next to the drive thru lane, backing out can be dangerous.
Do I just peel it off to eat it or do I just use a fork?
Also, you need to use tortilla shells that aren’t so large. Nothing worse than biting into a mound of tortilla shell.

I swear, if it wasn’t for how polite the employees are, I would never come back here. 9 times out of 10 the orders are wrong. And we have to go right back through drive-through to get the correct order. My husband, was just pulling up to pick up our order, and they shut the drive-through down because they didn’t have enough employees. What is going on here?
I understand that the food service industry can be one of the most stressful places to work. I’ve worked in food service. I also understand that sometimes people don’t appreciate the employees. However, employees also have to take pride and their work. Management also has to accept responsibility. Please get it together, Bonaire, Taco Bell.
️I ordered the Nachos BellGrande, there was little to NO beef at ALL and definitely not enough cheese and sour cream to fulfill the amount of tortilla chips It may look as there is enough in my pic, but trust it was absolutely NOT as there were MANY chips underneath!
️Honestly I am totally apprehensive about trying anything else sadly.
Some places you couldn’t sit from the water under the table. Floor was sticky. Sometimes you can understand if it’s like after lunch… but 30 mins after you open it’s dirty and rude staff?
Also… cashiers. Not an option.
