Stopped by here while visiting Augusta and was not disappointed at all. At first I wasn’t even sure if the business was open but I pulled around to the speaker and was greated by someone that was extremely friendly, not pushy, and thoroughly listened. When I got to the window the same lady (receipt says Jessica K.) continued to give friendly service. Not only was the service great, the food came out very fast and to my surprise it was THE BEST taco bell I’ve had in my life. I’m not from GA and travel a lot stopping at Taco Bell for a quick bite from time to time. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had from a taco bell!

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We were greated as soon as we walked in the door. The restaurant was very clean. The food was good. The young man who took our order recommend the cinnamon bite dessert things, so we got some, they were really good. Well done everyone there!

I visited this place yesterday and the food tasted like garbage smells. The service was ok until they missed an entire meal from my order however that didn’t really matter much to me because the food and drinks they served us were so bad we tossed all of it back in the garbage, after all that’s where it smelled and tasted like it came from. I took that loss because I can’t believe this place is open for business. I will “never” return!!! I paid $45 bucks for dinner and got their slop/garbage. Horrendous!!! Stay away from this place the food is not properly prepared and it tastes and smells disgusting. Pure garbage!!!

Stopped in the drive thru near midnight tonight and wow. The lack of consideration and service is truly disappointing. First our order was about 50.00 and he refused to take a 100.00 said he didn’t have change….how does Taco Bell not have 2 twenties and a ten come on. Then we were told to circle around and park for 5-10 mins then come back thru the drive thru to pick our food up. Once we finally got our food they shorted us a drink. We tried knocking on the window several times, honking the horn anything to get his attention and zero response. Had to circle around again to ask for the drink we were shorted. No Im sorry just shoved the drink out the window. Ridiculous.

Great customer service. But, horrible food my 5 layer burrito had 2 layers and my chicken enchilada burrito had 3 pieces of chicken. I paid 10$ for empty tortillas

If you plan on getting the new cantina chicken tacos DONT!!!. Completely inedible pieces of chicken in both. Burnt and old. Throw your 6 dollars in the trash instead. And save your gas money!!!

Workers are rude, ill mannered. Playing on phones and ignoring customers while having conversations not focused at work, forgetting meal items and drinks, making drink sloppily and wrong making them taste disgusting and like chemicals/soap making me sick in the process. Glares coming from workers after telling them the order was made wrong politely. Getting the order wrong twice after telling them it was incorrect and they still didn’t fix it. Workers need an attitude adjustment, manners, customer service, and need to be re trained on how to do job properly and with respect towards customers.

I asked for time bc I wanted to look over the menu and call my granddaughter who was on her way to meet me to see what she wanted. He RUDLY YELLED at me thru the intercom asking me if I was ready to order. I felt rushed and tried to express I needed more time so I ordered 2 cheesy double something and I wanted to order something else but he cut me off told me my total and pull around. I almost drove off but I wanted to order a little more and I hoped he would display more patience in person. It didn’t happen. He didn’t speak when he took my money and tried to put every sauce known to Taco Bell in my bag with out asking me what I prefer. I couldn’t take it. I said I don’t need all that sauce with your rude self! Please give me my food so I can go. He pushed the bag thru the window and I was on my way but NEVER go there for night shift! Rude!! RUDE!!! RUDE!!!
