They can’t listen to your order or account. Two or three things wrong on my order. Plus ask for 15 sauces. They have 13 on the ticket only. Give me nine they need some help. I ordered one grilled cheese burrito, two chicken Supremes, two beef Supremes, one cheese bean burrito, not no rice and a beef chalupa this is how the ticket reads. Also won 15 fire sauce. They said 13 on a ticket and give me nine. Damn. Do better Taco Bell come on

The best way to get food from this location is to order on the app and check in. Then go do your shopping at Publix. It reduces the wait time significantly. The drive thru is useless cause they send everyone around so theres no parking spots. Then they have to go car to car asking if this is your order. Which is to make the serve times look incredible although it couldn’t be further from the truth. This place needs an undercover boss visit ASAP

Don’t lean or set on the bar table behind kiosk. Lady in drive thru yells, why he is setting on my table. Yet I just did half their job buy ordering on kiosk. Most tables were dirty or people at them. After waiting 6 minutes for 2 tacos. Get them and nasty. Like they just poured the grease all over them.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Black Bean Chalupa, but I received one with chicken in it. Very careless and disappointing. I am vegetarian, and this mistake caused me a lot of discomfort and concern. I hope the staff pays more attention to food accuracy in the future.

Food was good. Service was slow but staff were attentive, actively calling out orders, making sure they knew who was waiting for what order and that each order had the right items before hand off. Someone in the lobby called attention to a perceived issue with the soda fountain and the staff member was patient and polite.

UPDATE: ITS BEEN AN ADDITIONAL 4 WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT CHANGED THE MANGO FIESTA AND ARE HANDING OUT COLORED WATER AT THIS POINT! I’m calling corporate in the morning.
Listening and reading are extremely hard for the employees at this establishment. The mango fiesta brisk drink has been out for three weeks. Everytime I go they try to hand me 75%water and 25%mango mixture. They will not change it. I ask for no ice, it says on my online order and they ALWAYS give it to me with ice. I’ve had food items missing and I’m not sure why. Please do the basics of your job. Listening and reading, it’s not hard, or maybe it is for this location

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. The black woman with white hair working the drive-thru window was rude not only to me, but also to the customer behind me, which immediately set a negative tone.
On top of that, my order was incorrect and I didn’t receive any of the sauces I asked for. When service is already unfriendly, mistakes like this make the experience even more frustrating.
I understand that fast food can be stressful, but basic courtesy and accuracy should still be expected. I hope management addresses both the customer service and order accuracy at this location.

Went through the drive through cause I was craving a tropical punch rockstar energy, and at first on the screen they had the pineapple one, which I corrected, whatever mistakes happen. But then I get to the window I get handed an obviously yellow and not red drink. I say oh sorry I asked for the tropical punch one. She takes it back, hands me the bag of food, spins and hands me back the same drink !!! I’m like uhhhhh???? She says it’s right you can taste it. I taste it, wouldn’t you know it, pineapple! I had to get back to work (like 7:30 pm) so I didn’t have time to spend an hour in the drive through but maybe we need color blind and taste tests at this location?

I used to love Taco Bell since I was 16. Now it sucks. The people, the service and the food. No love, care and the fact there is no chili cheese burrito or tostadas? Never coming back. Get it together with your new nasty menu. Nobody wants that shit.

Went through the drive thru and the lady at the intercom and the window was very attentive and kind, and I received my food almost immediately after arriving at the window. Unfortunately, the quality of the food became more apparent after realizing how quickly it was received. The chicken and fries were lukewarm as if they had been sitting for a long time, and the fries in particular were cold and limp rather than hot and crispy. Was also disappointed to essentially pay $8 for a portion that’s smaller than a kids meal. I could have bought a Happy meal from across the street and got the same amount of nuggets and fries plus apples and a toy for a cheaper price.
