I was here a few times. Restroom always clean. Dining room and fountain drink area always clean. They have 2 kiosks for ordering food and I was able to use the kiosk with ease. Got my food quickly when ordering on the kiosk and ordering on the app. Friendly staff.

The kitchen area looked to be the cleanest Taco Bell kitchen I’ve ever seen!! The employees were very friendly. I didn’t wait too long for the order to be done.
The dinning area needed a bit upkeep, but they seemed a bit busy.

If I could give half a star I would. This is consistently the worst fast food in Trenton. No wonder there is a now hiring sign that stays in front of the store. Spent almost 40 dollars, trying to give them another thought because we wanted something other than the normal Wendy’s or McDonald’s etc. ordered online, it went fine. Got to the store and gave my name. Okay fine. Took a few minutes to get our food and when we looked at it, majority was incorrect or cold. So we went back around. They were fine with needing to remake the food. Sat for some minutes because of nacho fries then food came back. Fries were fresh hot, but pulled too early so had that soggy insides. Tacos were incorrect and soggy at the bottoms with broken shells. We were missing cinnatwists and another thing of nachos and cheese. New steak quesadilla burrito was incorrect with missing ingredients and cold. Fiesta potatoes were overcooked and black beans and rice were hard as if been there for hours without a new bag of each dropped. I worked at Taco Bell for 4 years. It isn’t hard. The good is pre prepped and literally is cooked in the bag in scolding hot water vats. I don’t know what and why this store is running like this but. Get it together because 40 bucks for trash is insane

I said I wouldn’t go back to this place because they weren’t frying their gorditas. They were just floppy flower shells for a while and they said that was due to customers complaining. They were too hard. I gave it a chance and went back and ordered the box meal and I did change some things and made it a specialty order yesterday. Whoever was on the table was absolutely amazing. The food was perfect, just just great. I’ve only had a couple of bad experiences. The good experiences so far have outweighed the bad

How does an establishment with such a high volume of customers SUCK so bad at their job? Mind it i was the ONLY customer in the drive thru, yet they still managed to mess up my order? This has to be byfar the worst restaurant in Trenton, GA. It’s not like a once in a while bad service and food it’s a every single time bad service and food. We are local and we love Taco Bell but we will drive to Lookout Valley over choosing the Trenton, GA one. This time I received a half cooked quesdilla which was not cut, three dorito loco tacos completely stuck to the paper, so when I opened them they were destroyed already and had to be dumped in a bowl to eat along with soft tacos with barely any meat but all the lettuce you could want. This was a waste of money. I do NOT recommend this Taco BELL of Trenton, GA.
