Fri evening 12/11 9pm. Girl working counter with an attitude. Soon as we walked in, “you’ll get your order faster if you use the kiosk.” She had no customer at counter. Went back to sipping her drink. So we used the nasty germ infested screen, which is a time consuming pain. What happened to customer service? Ordered a combo and some value menu items. $ 23.50 prices are rediculous. Done with TB.

I went to this location on 12/31 and waited in the drive thru line for 15 min to be told they closed at 11 pm. I realize it’s New Years Eve. But close the lane to prevent people from driving in if you are going to cut off people. Especially since I waited. Also there were two cars in front of me and I noticed it took a while for the worker to even come to take their order. And then the card in front of me did two separate orders and took forever. But it had just turned 11 when I got up to the window. If I had of known I would have ordered online in the app while I was waiting or I would have went inside. That is bad bad bad customer service. She should have said ok let me go ahead and take care of you and the car behind you. Give me a moment to go move my car and block the drive thru so no one else will come through. I hope the owner is aware of this situation

The young girl running the shift was rude , absolutely disgusting, and wanted to curse at us for not having a car (so we was made to walk through drive thru) and made to stand out in the cold for 15 minutes waiting on a order that had been placed 28 minutes prior to us getting there to get it) oh and they say they’re hiring but that ain’t the case bc they give 7 hours a week!!! This is how an employee gets treated by the company they’re supposed to work for) explains a lot on why they can’t keep anyone. This store is absolutely trash and corporate needs to go in there and clean house

My order was $33. Didn’t even discount for them being out of large cups didn’t put my box order in a box and it was all through in the bag. My supreme tacos wasn’t even done right and the bell grande didn’t have meat on it. Will not be back for a while.

I’m only giving a star at all because it makes you. This is the worst Taco Bell around here, and it used to be great! My order was poorly thrown together with one maybe possibly two pieces of chicken on the chicken bacon ranch burrito, also it was basically lettuce and a ton of sauce, my taco was so bad that when I called she said she knew she would have to replace it. Then said she wasn’t replacing the whole order for two items and as I was calmly telling her the problem with the rest of the food, she said I made that burrito myself I know it has more than one piece of chicken, I said well I assure you it does not, she said that they wasn’t replacing the whole order for two items, I offered to bring the whole order back for her to see for herself and give them this food back and have it replaced she refused to take it back and refused to replace it, insinuated I was lying, and went on to say that I’m just picking to try to get free food and hung up on me.

Terrible tacos and couldn’t believe i had to pay for it. I pretty much had random tacos that where sitting there for hours. I couldn’t even peel it from the wrapper.

Listen. Taco Bell is my favorite. But hear me out. The dinner shift is lacking, and something needs to be said.
When I come here for LUNCH , it’s perfection. The lady at the window is a super star. Lunch shift I never have an issue. The last 2 times I’ve come here on dinner shift… it took way longer than usual to go through the line. But worst of all. There was literally… no cheese sauce in my cheese cup for Nachos. It looked like someone had already eaten it. My burrito was flat. The prices have almost tripled since the beginning of the year, and I keep getting less and less food. This needs to be resolved. I know some things the store can’t handle, like prices. But cmon. I KNOW for a FACT that I’m supposed to have more cheese sauce than what I got. My bean burritocould have not only had a tea spoon of beans in it. Pictures will be attached to show food quality. Do better guys.

If you’re the owner swing this all of you’re managers are rude as hell, they forgot a couple items in my order so I called to see if I could get them, and the female manager in duty tonight 1/24/26 started yelling saying everything was in the bag when it obviously wasn’t

Freshly made, was suggested by employee to try a certain item and they were right! Yummy. Tacos were great, prices not bad. Wish they had more specials but I will be back!

Best Taco Bell in the area. Very fast even when busy food is always good. Order has been wrong a time or two, but not bad for how much I go there, and they will fix it fast. Much happier staff than others in the area by a lot. Have had a weird experience or two like once a car was parked to block the drive thru late at night during hours.
