New location still working out the newness on top of drive thru busy & online orders. In store no interactions with staff ad you order on computer screens. 2 offered only 1 working. In house tables & seats needed wiped down & cleaned and floor swept.

Went thru drive thru 9/27 about 930pm. Greeted friendly and service was fairly quick.
Got home missing 1 item. The cheez it tostada had bugs/flies in it on lettuce. Tried calling store but all phone did was ring no answer that night. So emailed customer service and zero response!

I don’t know when Taco Bell started charging more than any other fast food place. These local owners setting their own rates have lost their minds. 22 dollars for a G.B. chalupa combo and a crunchwrap.

Keep running into quality issues with this location. I continue to go back because of the convenient location but it seems to only be getting worse. Got a busted crunch wrap supreme with a severely low amount of filling. Attempted to call the store but the phone number goes to the fax.
It’s Taco Bell so it’s not life or death and I’ll live but don’t expect quality from this location.

It was okay. Rice in the cheesy rice and beef burrito was a little crunchy and I think the expo may have checked out before finishing the beefy 5 layer burrito however, the rest of the food was good and who doesn’t love Taco Bell?

If I could put no stars I would. This is their idea of Taco Bells mexican pizza. What little cheese it had stuck to top of box like no toppings at all.. Everything I ordered even steak grilled cheese stuffed burrito look like it was tossed in a microwave not even grilled like it should have been. Even the Chalupa craving with chicken box deal was just tossed together. Meat with steak not what I ordered on it. Taco was wrapped upside down and shell broken. Also the burritos was just tossed in like whomever made it had a bad day. Very unsatisfied with this location poor quality of food. Don’t even get what you pay for. I will be going to Winder location. Bethlehem you need a do over how food is prepared for your customers! Don’t waste your time coming to this location. As you see what the Mexican pizza looks like in the picture all the food turned out like this very unprofessional.
