Traditionally Taco Bell is not known for their customer service.
However, my most recent visit to this Taco Bell was great. The staff was kind and personable. My food came out quick, hot and correct. Impressive considering the customizations I had on some of my items.
It was very pleasant to see genuine folks in fast food, even more so Taco Bell.

Ordered food on the app in store and it said I was at a different store on my location.
I waited for my food and then asked if I was at the right location.
They said that I was at a different one and took the time to still make my order.
Thoroughly impressed with the service and care at this location.

Avoid like the plague. I stood at the register for 30 minutes and that’s not an exaggeration. The employees didn’t acknowledge me, but smirked at me the 5+ times they went to the register to hand someone their food. No “We will be right with you,” or indication they knew I was there. I had a mobile order but needed assistance from the folks inside. I’ve felt invisible before, but this is on an entirely new level. I understand being busy, but this was beyond rude and this store does not deserve your patronage if this is how they treat you.

Alright, so I just tried Taco Bell and I’ve got some thoughts! Honestly, the food was okay, nothing super amazing, but it hit the spot when I was hungry. The crunchy tacos were decent, but the filling could’ve used a bit more flavor ️. I’d give the overall experience a solid two stars , it’s a convenient choice if you’re in a rush. Really enjoyed my visit to Taco Bell! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Everything tasted great and felt like good value for the price. So extra cheese cost me about 2$ extra. I get back home look at my tacos and look at the pictures. If I didn’t pay for extra cheese I wouldn’t have gotten any cheese at all the tracks in the picture have extra cheese on them. Is it me or did they skip on my extra. Hopefully they’ll add the extra cheese when I go back

I’ve been frequenting this Taco Bell location for about 6 years and I always swear this is the best Taco Bell in Athens. It’s not the closest one to my house and I go out of my way to go to this location. I always order through the app and pick up through the drive thru.
