I game through and got 6 cheese roll ups for my 2 girls and literally I got 6 tortillas with basically no cheese. I’ve worked fast food my whole life and NEVER been the one to complain on anybody because I know what it’s like but come on now… do better.

Honestly I dont know how I have kept forgetting to review this place because when I was able to be more mobile I went here almost every single day. The staff and food hardly disappointed me. I think there was one or two times they had my order wrong but I didn’t look too much past it because it didn’t happen in a very long time (I am a regular when I can come by lol).

This is one of the best taco bells I’ve ever been to. Newly renovated great looking in appearance very clean in each and every staff member was very personal and professional. Obviously the Food met the highest standards that Taco Bell has to offer. I’m very impressed with this location to the management in corporate management this an example of the way it’s supposed to be. Thank you to each and every employee at this location!

I don’t eat fast food much but this place is just worthless. Got two chicken chalupa‘s they tasted like they sat all day. I specifically asked for no tomato’s hoping it would be somewhat fresh made. I guess I was wrong. Also got two cups of cheese sauce that were not even filled up half way. What the hell yall do better. Get a manager that can hire someone that actually gives a crap about their job. I’ll go do jasper next time.

I’m on a Keto diet and try to eat the best I can when traveling. So I ordered 3 taco supremes with no shell and just asked them to put them all in a bowl. I could tell that was a strange request, but they did as I had asked. The workers were very friendly in spite of them being stressed with long lines due to a worker shortage.

This location is always a headache between opening later than posted times to constantly forgetting things. I’ve had to go back at least five times for missing items. Had to refund mobile orders because of manager deciding to open later than posted. I do not recommend this location.

I just want to say…I took my 3 kids through the drive through yesterday afternoon and I have never been more pleasantly surprised with a restaurant’s good service. Hannah took our order with a welcoming attitude and like modifying every food item wasn’t a problem in the slightest. I let my kids (10 and 13) order their own food and she was so pleasant and real with them. You could easily hear her, and she was so very easygoing and friendly. She’s special. I had to brag on her—I mean her customer service skills were on fire! If every business had a Hannah at the counter, they’d never fail. We all left the drive thru with smiles on our faces, wondering when we could come back. Good job on hiring her, Ellijay Taco Bell!!

Food was good, my crunchy wrap was a bit soggy. The tacos were awesome. Tried the wild cherry freeze, reminded me of starburst. Great service. The cashier was new, but friendly and helpful. Everything looked clean.
