tonight after a long day i had the pleasure of Alex serving me in the drivethru- alex had a genuine smile and glee about his job and provided amazing customer service to me about my order. he was very kind to me and professional and ensured my order was correct. My food was hot, correct, and tasted amazing! Alex also doing the best he can with a new comer in the kitchen offered him guidance and reassurance as a longterm team member on shift showing beneficial team management skills. Ordered the chicken Chalupa like I always do. I’ve never had a problem before, but today there’s barely any meat in it no lettuce and no tomato when I went into the store to show them what I got they told me that that was the new portion size are you freaking kidding me there was four or five pieces of little chicken bits and a crap ton of cheese. I don’t like giving bad reviews but hopefully the management at this location will try and address the turnaround/through-put problem of orders to completion.
There is no reason for a #10 and a cantina bowl to take 45min when there’s 2 families in the dining room (about 8 people total) and ~10 cars in the drive-thru.
I can’t think of a longer time I’ve ever waited on “fast food” especially when the order was as it comes with no changes/substitutions/extras and there were at least 6 employees in the kitchen area.
The food was fine. It certainly didn’t sit with half the order completed and forgot the rest but there is a fundamental problem with how orders are being made.
I get being flooded with orders as one can order on the app, or on a kiosk, or in the drive-thru where as in the past, one cashier would normally slow that down. However, there is a lot of wasted motion in employee movement in the kitchen, to the point where it’s obvious that no one really has “stations”. Looks like someone is assigned an order and they take it to completion. Really need to re-think the way they are making the food here. Have no reason to go back as any of the sit-down restaurants here in Cleveland are faster, let alone the fast food places closer to the square.

Employees basically refuse to take your order unless you go through the drive through. They’ll tell you to order on the kiosk- which is fine for the younger generation but most elderly people have a hard time with it. In the rare event that they DO take your order, half of it’s wrong and heaven forbid you ask them to put something extra/take something off.. seems they completely forget how to make that item all together.

Was unbelievably backed up inside and out, and multiple parts of our order was wrong. We had to make many corrections with the drive through attendant, but my order was input incorrectly and I couldn’t even get help inside the store because they were so understaffed.

The chicken i recieved was absolutely terrible yall are way too overpriced for your food to be this terrible. My chicken is burnt and stale if I threw it at the wall it would probably put a hole in it. I wouldnt even feed this crap to my dog. The fries are stale and just gross maybe yall just need to stick to tacos because this is just terrible.
