Mexican pizza I give a zero because whatever oil they fried the tortilla in tasted toxic, even like petroleum, I could only take one bite. I was scared to eat the rest.
The cantina chicken burrito was tasteful with fresh ingredients, except cantina food has more cilantro. This would be better if they added more spice and cilantro.
The chips and guacamole was ok and the chips did not have that toxic oil taste.

I ordered six soft steak tacos , and I could hear the staff in the kitchen talking about running out of steak. When I got home and opened the tacos, each one had only a couple tiny pieces of meat inside.

This was really disappointing and unacceptable, especially since I paid full price for steak tacos. Please check your food quality and portion control.

Our family had been snowed in for 3 days this past weekend and we were done cooking. After having a terrible experience at a different location where I had to go on the app and cancel my order, I came to this location. The difference was like night and day. The service was great. Confirming my order at the menu was quick and easy with the automated system. The guy working the window was very sweet and personable.

The food was amazing and wrapped professionally. But the drive thru girl was mad about something. She gave us the wrong drink, we nicely told her, she grabbed it out of my husband’s hand and slammed the check out windows. So she pours the right drink but only filled it half way. She gives it to us we were afraid to say something, then practically through our food at us. With a smile we said thank you and sge slammed the windows again. Corporate really needs to fire her. Thank God the food was delicious.

I always love Taco Bell! However, this time I couldn’t tell you what ANYTHING tasted like. I placed an order on a computer, I don’t like to, but I did. Wanted to pay in cash. The most interaction with anybody inside that restaurant, was the Computer. No one looked at me. I stood at the desk for five minutes after waiting 20 minutes. No one spoke to me so I left. and, it wasn’t that busy.

Picking up DoorDash order through drive-through since front doors were locked. Sat at the speaker for almost 5 minutes before anyone even said anything while there was another person in line. Then I was greeted with hello as if I was annoying them and then asked, did you wanna order?… Yeah, customer service is dead as we know it then sat in the drive-through for another 10 minutes behind a single car.

Employees out smoking cigarettes and weed in the parking lot while the line is backed up in the drive thru. Its the same BS everytime we come to any of the taco bells. They have a great product they just dont care. The business is being destroyed because they hire all these young kids who smoke weed and throw the food together. The Manager in the night shift was also smoking weed. They need to shut these places down. I have pictures its awful. They dont even give you what you pay for.

Train. your. Staff

They said you couldn’t pick what you wanted in the “build your own lux craving box”. Train them that when someone orders food they’d also like to receive it as me and my husband are missing half our order.

If you are gonna charge $6 for a single burrito put it into the bag. Easy as that.

They handed someone else (dine in) our mobile order. The order was handed to me directly after the customer opened our order. The manager didn’t apologize or offer to remake it. App doesn’t honor the rewards and shows that its “out of order” for Cheesy Gordita Crunch. Scam Rewards!! How do you run out of spme standard ingredients that goes in other food items that are available at the same location. Other locations were showing the same issue.
