So they have gotten my order wrong multiple times and I have not made a big deal out of this. They have put sour cream on my nachos when I customized it not a big deal gave it to my husband. I had a family member that just passed last night and I wanted some comfort food while i worked. I am a super picky person when it comes to my food and I put full trust in the cooks with my food. I didn’t even personalize the food just ordered it. I was supposed to get an avocado ranch burrito and instead, they gave me the hot sauce one. Not what I asked for DEFINITELY not what I paid for

I wish I could give this place zero stars but that was not an option. I visited this location on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 5:27 PM. I walked up to the counter and the young worker was talking with another worker about non-work related topics And I stood there at the counter, waiting for him to greet me and take my order but instead he looked past me and continue talking to his coworker. When his coworker walked away, the young worker looked at me and just stared. I asked him was he ready for my order and he said “yeah, go ahead.” I then said to him “That’s not the proper way to speak to one of your customers. I have been standing here and you have not greeted me nor asked me how could you help me.” He then said to me “Are you going to order or not?” I ordered a small drink and nacho fries. When he handed me my receipt, I looked at it to see what the name of the cashier was listed as but it appeared to be a name of a female. I then asked him what his name was and he asked “Why?” I showed him the name on the receipt and asked was that his name and he said no. I didn’t asked him for his name again and he told me “You don’t need to know my name.” I said to him “ you should have a name tag on, so yes, I do have the right to know your name if you are serving me.” he then asked me to move out of the way because the counter needed to be clear. I stepped out of the way and waited for my food to be ready, and I also observed as the next two customers walked up. He did not greet them or ask that he take their order either. Since he did not give me his name, I took a picture of him. This type of attitude from this worker was very unprofessional and unnecessary. The only reason I went on ahead and ordered is because there was no line compared to other restaurants in the food court.

1st of all, they no longer have employees who take orders inside the store, you have to place your order on 1 of 2 touchscreen kiosks and pay with a card….. I’m don’t think they can accept cash inside. Then after that, we were “lucky” to receive our ordering q little over 20 minutes.

It was horrible. The food was at least hot and had just been assembled, but waiting that long after having to place my own order was enough for me to never want to return.

The GM was there late night & the staff was perfect! Best experience & it was after hours. Me and my mom were taken care of.i told the GM I would leave a review & i hope you see this!!! Thank u for the nacho fries!!!

This has to be one of the nastiest places I’ve been to. Bathroom was completely disgusting. Looked and smelled like it should be at a truck stop. Crew was doing everything but fixing orders. Nasty gloves touching faces not changing before touching food. Go to any other Taco Bell but this one. I would gladly drive ten miles to avoid this store. And wouldn’t dare getting door dash from here. Needs a serious takeover. Hire new managers and crew. Just plan pitiful. Close it down if you can’t fix the problem.

So I was at the mall with my family and I always get Taco Bell when I go to the mall. And usually the service is not bad.but the cashier was very very rude and Didn’t even give me my Drink I had to ask someone else to get my Drink for me and instead they …gave me a small and I had to ask again for a medium Drink but don’t blame that person .i blame the cashier he was so rude and the other person was Dealing with him which i Assume.
