I order here too much because Taco Bell is my addiction. They normally do a great job, 10/10, but I ordered the mobile app meal for 4 and the crunch wrap supremes did not have cheese or sour cream sauce. I am pregnant and was extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to it cause my family has been sick and surviving off of soup for the past week. That’s all, otherwise food is 10/10.

Great taco bell, don’t think they’ve ever messed up an order before.
Came in today and took a little longer than usual, but that’s because they were busy. Got my food and this lady started getting onto the staff about how she had to wait “over an hour” for her food. The staff looked up her order and told the lady that they didn’t make her food since she didn’t pay. The lady started yelling and cussing at the staff because “they didn’t acknowledge her so she could pay”, yet she had her drinks and should’ve mentioned payment when she got the drinks. Staff stayed polite and professional.

Just purchased two supreme tacos and when I opened the bag, they smelled like petroleum substance was on them. Not appetizing at all. Threw them away due to the smell. Usually they are very good but something happened to the tacos today.

Placed a mobile order with no ice in the drink. When the drink was brought with the food, there was ice in the drink and the employee refuses to remake it. When I called the store to speak to the manager, she lied and said there was no ice because they don’t have any. So when I asked her why do I see ice in my cup, she laughed and said my drink flat anyway and to drink it anyway and hung up. And to make it worse, the food was hard and burnt. Called a second time to ask why my food was burnt and the manager said I’m not about to play on her phone. Insults were exchanged, I told her I’ll be there in morning. She told me to come up there now in a threatening voice.

EVERY TIME I come to this Taco Bell at night they have a limited menu, no customer service and an extra side of attitude. One time the girl even ducked down behind the counter and his from us, 30 minutes from close to act like they closed. Not tonight. When I came through, the two employees we spoke to were super nice. They had full menu even 30 minutes from close. They were so nice and they should be the highest paid employees in the building. I was told I was at the speaker box for a total of two minutes. & that was way too long for me to figure out what I wanted mind you this was at 1130 on a weekend with no cars in front OR behind me . The window was slammed in my face because I took too long and asked too many questions. But they didn’t have anything so I was trying to figure out what I COULD order. The attitude, &the way the manager approached me at that window was foul ! I never gave her an attitude so I could tell she was used to treating people like trash ! Then I asked for the general managers name & was hung up on twice ! Never again I wait in this line for food that’s not even done right , spend my money & to be throwed away like that was messed up !! The last time I came a gay man did me almost the same so I waited a while before coming back but no change at all . This place is terrible

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I visited this Taco Bell Vidalia ga September 8 at 5:14 pm and unfortunately, it ended with me getting food poisoning.I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme meal with a Baja Blast and while the service was relatively fast, the food didn’t taste quite right — something seemed off, especially with the meat. About 4 hours after eating, I began experiencing nausea, stomach cramps, and other symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I was having a very rough night and had to miss work. I’m not writing this to be dramatic, but to make others aware and to urge the management to take food safety more seriously. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell plenty of times in the past and never had an issue until now. It’s really disappointing and concerning.
