It was so busy that all the manager could do was stand at the cash register and complain about people calling out, meanwhile 4 guests were waiting for food in the dining room while at least 7 cars went through the window after I ordered. The whole reason I’m writing this review in the first place is the blatant lack of standards. The before mentioned manager was informed they were out of medium lids. This woman procedes to fill a medium cup, plop it in a large, slap a lid on it and hand it to me. Only problem is, I didn’t notice until I started drinking. Now my sprite has leaked inbetween the two cups effectively contaminating my whole drink with whatever was on that womans hands. This was a disappointment. Shout out to the chefs who were dealing with the complaining and still slinging out the grub!

Terrible. Tried to order delivery the day before & store closed early. I ordered for lunch today & they forgot half of the order and the quality of the food is unacceptable. I know this is Taco Bell, but I’d at least like edible food & get what I paid for.

All Lady crew working during my visit. Polite and smiling and my name was used to deliver my order. The lobby is clean except for a couple table tops. Headgear and aprons were in use. I ordered the Crispy Chicken Cantina. Not bad flavor wise. Greasy though, probably due to the cheese. The Avocado Verde was a nice addition. Thank you all for a decent visit with a Health Food Score to match. Looking forward to the next visit.

I don’t know what happened to this place but something definitely happened because the service has gone from 0 to 1000. These people are always making my food fresh. The customer service is always on point. I’m always greeted with a nice attitude, it’s just very uncommon to find this in fast food, especially in this area. I have to give props! I do. This is like one of the best fast food restaurants in the city of Atlanta. And the big part is, they are consistent with it. I have come here in the daytime middle of the day nighttime late night and every time it is always the same good food good service.

Today I had a craving for TacoBell. I decided to visit EastPoint location. I ordered the Steak Quesadilla and chicken flat bread. Worst mistake of my life. The steak was burt. They chicken flat bread was over sauced. For now on I will go to Taco Pete across the street!!! Sorry not sorry

I would give this Taco Bell zero stars if I could. They have forgotten the sauces in my door dash order 3 times now. For those of us who travel for work, live in hotels half our days, we rely on good orders. Horrible experience. Don’t get your Taco Bell here. Many better Taco bells in this country. Not this one.

I’m lactose intolerant, so I ordered everything fresco style. When the modification didn’t appear on the order screen and receipt, I asked if the would be prepared fresco style THREE times. The lady taking my order assured me THREE times that it would be correct.
I just got home and had to throw it all in the trash. Everything has creamy sauces and cheese. This is ridiculous!
My suggestion is, don’t go to this location, unless you plan to order exactly how it is on the menu and still don’t expect any of it to be correct. This has happened multiple times.
I also asked for Diablo hotsauce and got this (picture attached).

I will never go back to this taco bell ever again. I went and bought a Mexican taco and a couple minutes after eating I got very itchy and broke out into hives all over my body. I had to immediately go to the hospital during to the fact my tongue started bumping up and swelling. I called corporate and no one has gotten back to me after this occasion. Someone is not clean and properly handling food. Im not allergic to anything and have never experienced nothing like this. I had to go to the hospital 2 days in a row and get shots.

They seemed short staffed maybe. Workers were nice but clearly overwhelmed. Everyone had to order at the kiosk as no one was available to take orders at the counter. We waited 45 minutes for our order. Food was disgusting and I threw all of it out except for the potatoes and my drink.
