At this point we were starving and Taco Bell was the only thing open. I had to go get gas and then we decided to try again. I checked in with my rewards number; they couldn’t figure that out…or something. I attempted to order at the drive-thru screen but was told my preference was mobile order only. Cool! I wanted to order a ‘create my own luxe box’ so I quickly hit order again from the mobile order I attempted an hour previously. My order processed and I advised they should have received my order.
The ‘manager’ lady proceeded to become irritated talking about their drive-thru time and that they didn’t have my order. She told me I was rude and that they didn’t have my order and I needed to go through the line AGAIN or come inside. Now this is the 2nd time I placed a $44 Taco Bell order. I requested to come to the window to show I had in fact reordered. We are now at an hour + to get Taco Bell. Seriously?!
The ‘manager’ lady told me she would be telling her area manager in case they got a bad review. Literally nothing could have saved the behavior or this establishment of a bad review unless it was the most amazing Taco Bell of my life!
I suggested they restart their system and miraculously our order came through. She attempted to act a bit nicer, no apology and then they didn’t have steak for my daughter’s order so they had to use beef. Mind you we paid for steak, at this point we just wanted food!
I wish I could say the restaurant was in a cute area of town, looked super nice or the staff was super pleasant but I can’t. It’s not in a great area and the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude.
Then the cherry on top my chips were missing, my taco had beef vs. chicken and they actually put beef and some steak remnants on my daughter’s chalupa. Our food was totally cold, no napkins, no sauce and my nachos were destroyed. It seriously looked like they crushed all the chips and proceeded to not give me a fork.
This location desperately needs a fixer to come in and save it. I can honestly say this was the worst fast food service ever.
Nobody expects a Taco Bell to wow you. It’s cheap food delivered fast–but you do expect the cheapness and the fastness. This Taco Bell struggles (as all of them do these days) with the first one and totally miffs the second. This place has become my last resort. It’s 2AM and I forgot to grocery shop and eat, even though I had ample opportunities earlier. My punishment for not having my stuff together is this Taco Bell.
Trash employees they all look unhappy to have a job working there so they should have a health inspector out here and a real management.
Staff is well trained and super polite!
Fast turn around on complicated orders, and everything is always correct!
