This was absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line about 1/2 way through I decided to put in a mobile order to speed up the process when it was my turn. I arrived at the drive-thru and they ‘couldn’t find my order.’ They requested I pull up to the window and proceeded to tell me they couldn’t find it and I would have to go back through the drive thru to order again. At this point it had been over 45 minutes. The 3rd and final person that came to the window, I assume was some type of a manager, proceeded to tell me if I wanted help I needed to come in or go back thru. She told me they did not have my order and I should cancel it on my end. When I canceled it all of a sudden they saw that on their screen…
At this point we were starving and Taco Bell was the only thing open. I had to go get gas and then we decided to try again. I checked in with my rewards number; they couldn’t figure that out…or something. I attempted to order at the drive-thru screen but was told my preference was mobile order only. Cool! I wanted to order a ‘create my own luxe box’ so I quickly hit order again from the mobile order I attempted an hour previously. My order processed and I advised they should have received my order.
The ‘manager’ lady proceeded to become irritated talking about their drive-thru time and that they didn’t have my order. She told me I was rude and that they didn’t have my order and I needed to go through the line AGAIN or come inside. Now this is the 2nd time I placed a $44 Taco Bell order. I requested to come to the window to show I had in fact reordered. We are now at an hour + to get Taco Bell. Seriously?!
The ‘manager’ lady told me she would be telling her area manager in case they got a bad review. Literally nothing could have saved the behavior or this establishment of a bad review unless it was the most amazing Taco Bell of my life!
I suggested they restart their system and miraculously our order came through. She attempted to act a bit nicer, no apology and then they didn’t have steak for my daughter’s order so they had to use beef. Mind you we paid for steak, at this point we just wanted food!
I wish I could say the restaurant was in a cute area of town, looked super nice or the staff was super pleasant but I can’t. It’s not in a great area and the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude.
Then the cherry on top my chips were missing, my taco had beef vs. chicken and they actually put beef and some steak remnants on my daughter’s chalupa. Our food was totally cold, no napkins, no sauce and my nachos were destroyed. It seriously looked like they crushed all the chips and proceeded to not give me a fork.
This location desperately needs a fixer to come in and save it. I can honestly say this was the worst fast food service ever.

Ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu (grilled cheese burrito) and it’s all rice inside with essentially no beef. Oh and they don’t allow you to redeem rewards here essentially rendering the rewards program useless. Really greedy and skimpy location

This Taco Bell must be under newer, poorer management. It’s very hit or miss. If I go at 3PM on a Tuesday, everything is as it should be. The tacos are great. (The bells? Also great.) If I go at 11PM on a Saturday, all hell breaks loose. You can end up waiting 30 minutes in the drive through before you can get your order taken, even with only one car in front of you. And God forbid you go inside. If you actually talk to an employee face-to-face, you’re liable to get blessed out for just wanting to know why nobody’s manning the counter even though there’s six employees behind it.

Nobody expects a Taco Bell to wow you. It’s cheap food delivered fast–but you do expect the cheapness and the fastness. This Taco Bell struggles (as all of them do these days) with the first one and totally miffs the second. This place has become my last resort. It’s 2AM and I forgot to grocery shop and eat, even though I had ample opportunities earlier. My punishment for not having my stuff together is this Taco Bell.

Sindu for the win great service, delicious food. One complaint is the kiosk loaded up my children’s Mass customizations changing all sorts of the boxes from Luxe this to Discovery that. And then when I added my option to the kiosk, it lost all of theirs! My daughter was actually crying sad face

Whenever I order from here, the food is good! Today, they were out of stock of taco shells but instead gave me something else and wrote a kind handwritten note on it. It really made my day :). Thanks.

Trash place never go again
Trash employees they all look unhappy to have a job working there so they should have a health inspector out here and a real management.

THIS IS NOT THE ONE, I went through the drive thru at 2:15 am Nov 5th and the young lady working was SOO disrespectful I just ended up ending my order and moving on to the next restaurant. She really does not need to be in customer service WHATSOEVER, whoever is the manager here needs to listen to the recording of the order so you can hear for yourself. It was just ridiculous and who wants to deal with all that while they’re trying to get food…. New building but WAY worse service.

We are so glad this Taco Bell on Buford Hwy reopened. Been going here for nearly 30 years. The staff are always polite, friendly and very well mannered. The staff at the Taco Bell on Savoy Dr are horrible.
