Do not go here after 12. They do not care about your food or order. They gave me a half chicken quesadilla. It’s already bad they cheat you outta chicken smh. The one on Tara blvd is the best day and night.

As a longtime fan of Taco Bell, and even a former employee, my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. Over the past few years, the quality of food at Taco Bell locations has declined significantly. The least they could do is ensure good service and correct orders, but even that seems to be lacking.
In my recent visit, the taco shell was soggy and had an unpleasant taste, making it inedible. The grilled burrito was left on the flat iron too long, resulting in a burnt tortilla that was black on both sides and tasted awful. I had to peel off the burnt layers to make it somewhat edible.
The nacho fries appeared to have been pre-made and left out, arriving cold and poorly assembled. Additionally, my order was missing the two-pack of Cinnabon buns that I paid for. This was particularly frustrating because it’s a simple item that should not be missed.
The only redeeming part of my visit was the dragon fruit freeze, which was enjoyable. Overall, my recent experiences at Taco Bell have been extremely disappointing, and the decline in food quality and service is disheartening.

My rating is based on the food quality and quantity… nothing else.
I’ve been a customer to this location for some time now. This occasion was just too much and I had to leave a comment.
I placed as simple of an order that you could have done… 4 soft taco. ♀️ Customer service is always good as you pull up and they take your money. At the window I was asked what type of sauce did I want and placed into the bag.
Once home, I noticed how all four of my tacos wrapping paper seemed wet, not greasy.
BTW… they only give you 1 sauce per taco. When I opened up one taco I saw how one end was went, guess it came from the lettuce. Upon observation of all 4 soft tacos, you could’ve made ONE SOFT TACO with the food content. I was speechless… I paid all that money to see a dash of meat spread out on a shell, a little bit more lettuce, and a hint of cheese. You could wrap the soft taco shell over almost three times if you wanted to, to show how little of ingredients were actually on each taco. If it was worth me wasting my gas I would have taken them back… but why risk tainted food from an angry employee because his food came back or even the stress from the exchange when they’re gonna look at you like you’re the one in the wrong, when it’s your business that’s keeping them working in the first place. Make it make sense!
Side note… The meat taste different now as well. Think this may have been my last taco bell, at least from this location.

I can understand them being busy but they told me to use the kiosk to order my food I wanted mango tea That wasn’t on the in the kiosk so I’m looking to try to get help and the people behind the counter laughing at me like I don’t know what I’m doing. They need to grow up and somebody needs to start taking orders cuz everybody don’t want to go through the drive through. So of course I walked out and didn’t order anything.

Probably the best taco bell I’ve ever been to, I for real was in and out faster than any other taco bell before and the food was probably the closest I’ve ever seen the restaurant come to matching with commercials.

I went on December the 16th at 2:58pm to be exact ,melody was my drive threw cashier I asked her was it possible to get my chalupa shells drop fresh and I will pull up and wait on them so I won’t hold the line up, she was a little hesitant at first but then when I explained to her I’ve been going to all the Taco bells in the shelves be stell that’s why I stopped coming to Taco Bell I just want a fresh meal and I guess whoever was making it was like they can make it happen and they did and it tasted good thank you so much ladies for understanding and making my experience good

I’m not big on reviews but this was unacceptable. I went here on a late night to get some food. We ordered the number 6, which was correct. We also ordered a crispy chicken taco and a 5 layer burrito with rice instead of beans. I looked at the bag before I pulled off and I didn’t have the crispy chicken taco, and this was the 5 layer. No rice, no sour cream no nothing. I was charged for the rice to not even get it. I pull back around to ask them to remake it and “Chanse” said he made it himself and that they weren’t gonna remake it because he knew it was right. So I paid for the food and didn’t have it remade or replaced for what I paid for.
Unacceptable and definitely won’t be back.

Everytime I go to this location my order ia wrong! I ordered a Cheesy double beef burrito with NO fiesta strips and extra sour cream. I received NO sour cream and it had fiesta strips I was and am so dissatisfied and wish that they can and will do better!!! I couldn’t return it because it was close to closing and I don’t frequent that side of town.
