Not sure why Taco Bell thinks it’s appropriate to charge so much per item just to hire incompetent employees that can’t even place things in a bag properly. Whoever was bagging today had chips and fries upside down, and placed a mexican pizza on the bottom of a bunch of food (that shouldn’t have been in the bag anyways because they were boxes) and this is what I open the box to. Hire competent employees because we’re not going to keep paying for inedible food.

I don’t know where to start. First thing first, the problem with this location running out of either food items or specific ingredients is frequent. Other thing is the atmosphere is just too bland. The entire experience entering the location felt like I wanted to grab my food and leave. Which gets me to my third point. The waiting time is terrible. The drive through gets priority, which causes the employees to intentionally ignore you as they’re too busy to even to greet you. There’s a reason why the self order kiosks were implemented. But the reason why it’s frustrating is some Menu items are on the front desk while the kiosks don’t seem to have the same thing despite being displayed inside the desk and phone app. Lastly is the lack of management to direct the staff. Well that’s if they even have half of them as I see them often short staffed. I usually don’t see more then 4 working on a shift. Either way they need better management and keep the building Fully staffed.

Used to be a great Taco Bell but now when I come my order is always made wrong and the workers are very rude. Maybe it’s just my timing/ luck but the evening/ night shift workers during the week (and sometimes weekends) are horrible now. Whatever changes were made need to be reversed. Please train your staff how to make the items, especially the new ones correctly. Food also tasted stale and old. Will no longer be coming to this location.

Slow and inconvenient, pretty much the opposite of what’s expected. Waited way too long for only being behind one car. Once order it felt as we were an inconvenience.
Got the food and it was wrong, we told the rude lady and she didn’t say anything, just slammed the sliding window after giving me a nasty look. Didn’t say sorry and we’ll handle it, nothing. Got my food corrected and was handed to me, again nothing was said about their mistake.
That’s one of the rudest encounters I’ve ever had at a drive thru and I wasn’t even saying besides ordering my food.
I will not recommend this Taco Bell if friendly and fast service is your thing, won’t happen here.

Somebody ALWAYS RUDE here. Nasty on the intercom, and nastier at the window. The last time I was there I was ordering my food at the intercom while in MY CAR and I coughed and the lady taking my order just stopped assisting me. Someone else had to complete taking my order and did not add everything I asked them to add. I didnt realize till I got to the window and paid, but I was then met with another nasty attitude at the payment window. I won’t buy anything from here anymore.

The young lady working the drive thru is nice and friendly but the food and portion is RIDICULOUS! I got the Chalupa Supreme box and it does not even have a table spoon of meat, but a ton of of lettuce and maybe eight strips of shredded cheese . Haven’t been to Taco Bell in a while and DEFINITELY will not be returning anytime soon!

I don’t even know where to begin. I hate to give a bad review, but I’ve personally never experienced this at a taco bell before. I placed my order through the taco bell app. When I went inside the store, I stood in the lobby and one employee from the back said “hi” and that was it. As I stood there waiting for my food, several more customers came into the dining area. No employee ever came to the front area. The customers waited and waited until finally one customer took it upon themselves to use the “kiosk” to order their food. There was no sign, no one said to only use the kiosk.
My bigger problem was my food. I had ordered a couple burritos and several tacos. When I got home, I was completely shocked at what I found. Every taco was beyond skimpy, shell was tiny and hardly any meat and veggies inside. Then I got to the burrito supreme. It was the smallest burrito I have ever seen. I then proceeded to take a bite of my burrito supreme and immediately spit it out. The burrito was not a burrito supreme and appeared to be filled with liquid nacho cheese maybe?!? When I took a bite, the flavor of the burrito tasted like pure throw up. I have never tasted anything like this before!
Taco Bell, what is the problem here?!?!?

Absolutely treat. The young ladies were absolutely amazing. Customer service was impeccable. The food was hot and ready❤️❤️❤️. I enjoyed my fries it was my cheat day and that’s my business. Those fries restored my faith in humanity.
