Picked up my order that I placed using the app. My burrito was burnt so bad it smells. You can literally smell the burn. It’s black on 1 side and there are black marks on the other side. Look at the pictures. Just skip this location all together. Just ridiculous.

I ordered food from here online. I ordered three of the Doritos tacos and they gave me cheese roll ups instead went back to get my order fixed and they gave me cinnamon twist instead of the tacos. This place is garbage, completely avoid it if you can there are multiple other options for food in the area which most aren’t much better but they are definitely better than this Taco Bell. Owners need to shut this place down asap.

Spent 28 dollars here n they got my order wrong again, and forgot some of my items, as it was late night. I called in that night and the girl said come back and get your food. I came back next day, as she said that would be okay, as she promised to put my name on a list. I came back the next day and another girl gave me a hard time, made me wait for 27 minutes, so I decided to leave, as I had to be to work. I’m tired of getting ripped off. I’m thinking of calling corporate

Placed an online order. Sign out front wasn’t on but they were open (9pm). At drive thru speaker you could hear them telling “Michael” to “shut up” and laughing. They didn’t start my order until I got there so I sat in the drive-thru (just me) for about ten minutes. Three people standing at the window. One leaning against the soda machine with her hair touching all the dispensaries. When we were handed our food we asked for napkins to be told they didn’t have any. There was a big paper towel roll right at the window. One of the workers just standing around could have been cutting off pieces to be handed to customers. They were also out of ice. We had to ask for forks. The tortilla shells were stale and something tasted gritty, like sandy, in the food. But overall no flavor like I am used to at other Taco Bell locations. The order was partially incorrect.

Today is 7/18/24 & the time was about 900pm, this is probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I typically go in the evening. This was my 3rd or 4th visit, and each time I’ve had a great experience. Very friendly staff and a focus to sending out a good product. I got the Cantina bowl and Street Chalupa (steak) and both were prepared with care. We as consumers are quick to criticize fast food establishments when they aren’t up to standard, so it’s only fair to acknowledge when they are doing things right. Keep up the good work night shift…

I should’ve read the reviews before ordering. Everyone lost just walking around like Night of the Living Dead. Food was old and dry. Fries were cold as ever and potato soft taco was harder than a banger in LA in the 80s.

Just left this Taco Bell and honestly, the food was a letdown. Everything tasted off—like it had been sitting out too long or made with zero care. The nachos especially looked like they were just thrown together in the container, not even close to what they usually serve.

I know it’s fast food and expectations should be realistic, but this felt rushed and sloppy. I’ve had better experiences at other locations, so maybe this one was just having an off day—but I definitely walked away disappointed.

This is the 2nd time, months apart, that I’ve gone to this Senoia Rd location attempting yo order some listed on the order menu to be told “we don’t have dat”. Today, I was told, that the item hadn’t been sold for at least a month but it was on the menu as “new”. I saw for mild and medium sauce and got a very annoyed reply that they are the same thing. The service was terrible, the employees act as if they are forced to work.

The good reviews MUST be from employees, because this location is horrible. If you order anything after 9p it will be cold and soggy, because they don’t make anything fresh. This was my 2nd time ordering the same exact thing, with the same results. I got a $5 chulupa box, asked for no lettuce and a Supreme taco also no lettuce and cinnamon twist…this is what I got. Cold and soggy. No supreme taco, no tomatoes on anything, no cinnamon twist. I was so irritated after getting home and opening my food that I actually packed up my four-year-old and went back to Taco Bell to get my order corrected. This is when I was informed they ran out of tomatoes, AND they ran out of cinnamon twist. I requested a refund and threw this soggy food away… AGAIN, DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION AFTER 9P. Hopefully the franchise owner will see this post and monitor their employees more closely.

All I can say is avoid this place. Service was beyond terrible. Placed an online order through the app and then drove 15 minutes to the store. Im currently 15 minutes past the time it said it would be available and they still haven’t started it.

I asked for a refund twice and the workers act like it needs to be signed by a congressional member. It should not take 45 minutes to make my order when cars showing up in the drive thru one after another and then get serviced while im still sitting here waiting.

Asked a employee that has her underwear showing about my order (she’s standing back to customer at the counter) and her response: Im not clocked in yet.
