The shell to the small taco salad with horrible. Very stale tasting. Ask for extra meat but there was nothing extra. There is no service at any Taco Bell anymore. There should just be robots in there and no people because there is no interaction. All orders have to be done on kiosk. Hell even the Drive thru is automated now.

They are always out of things and constantly behind or having “system malfunctions”. The service is ridiculous. I’ve gotten attitude from employees and they’ve forgotten food and messed up food multiple times. They need new management and new employees or just shut down at this point, it’s never a good experience. I only go because it’s close to my house but it’s always something when I come

It was about 2am when they got my order, and usually I don’t expect much when I order or get food this late, but everything came correct and even had the wrappers hand marked for which had which modification. I know it’s a little thing, but food places at night often give about half this effort. It’s appreciated

We got four Mexican pizzas and three drinks, two medium and one small… we only got one small and one medium drink and no straws. The woman at the window was polite and smiling… I like when you can enjoy the good attitude of our Community!

I usually always order on the app & pick up in the drive thru, so I don’t know about the inside atmosphere, but I have nothing but good interactions every time. My food & order are always correct, ready in a timely manner and I always encounter a friendly person at the window. Thank you for having good customer service, that goes a long ways these days!

You can order on the app. Google says they are open as well. Car blocking drive thru an dinning room locked. Had to cancel my order on the app.

Me and a friend went through the drive-through tonight and spent $16. The service was really nice and fun when we first ordered. BUT We pulled into a parking spot and were given a quesadilla, 1 of the 2 drinks, and nacho fries(not = to $16). We were distracted from talking, so we drove 5 minutes away and then realized the 2 cinnamon twist orders were not in the bag. We had no problem driving back. When we came back, the lady seemed less happy to serve us. Then we drove away distracted again (5 minutes) and realized we had forgotten the Mountain Dew freeze. I went back(3rd time), and the lady was now very annoyed to see me. She was very sarcastic and didn’t believe that she had forgotten something 3 times. She turned to the cook and said “yea now I forgot a drink…sure, ” and rolled her eyes as if I was lying. Then she gave the drink to me and said,”Why didn’t u tell me the first time?”
“Oh, sorry, we were distracted.”
“Next time, why don’t you show me ur receipt?” (My friend had it with her after I dropped her off)
I was shocked because I drove up to the window smiling, and we were joking over the intercom the first time. I thought we were cool.
