The AI sucks when in the drive-thru. Updated review: STOP WITH THE AI! GET A HUMAN TO TAKE ORDERS. THE LINE SUCKS! Should not take 25 mins to get around the building just to place an order! Food quality has gotten worse, too many chemicals and additives that cause allergic reactions.

Just door dashed from here and our driver had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. When it got here there were no straws and our 2 boxes didn’t include cheese with the chips. Pretty disappointing honestly

Went through the drive through for a pickup order, once I got home realized that I was missing a burrito and nachos from my order. Not usually a big deal, I would just go back and get it. Yes it is an inconvenience on a school night but not a huge deal and would not complain. HOWEVER when I called to let them know I was coming back, I was hung up on. She answered the phone when I said “hey I just came through the drive thru for an online order, she hung up. So I called back, as soon as she heard my voice, she hung up AGAIN AND THEN turned the phone on so that it would be “busy” and I could not call. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to, always has been. I’ve literally left maybe two bad reviews but this place warrants it.

No stars for me at all. Just nasty and sloppy prepared, yall need new 3rd shift management. Everytime I go to this place it’s this one manager that is just very sloppy and nasty. I work hard for my coins and I should not have to throw my food away that I’ve just bought on my lunch break. I’m so sick of them passing food out any kind of way like we are dogs eating from a bowl. When he’s not working my food be great.

I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru only to realize the workers had left out part of my order. Went inside and it took them another 20+ minutes just to give me a chicken taco they didn’t put in my bag. By the time I got my taco, the rest of my food was cold. I could have cooked tacos at home and been 10 times more satisfied than what I received tonight and had all of my food accounted for at a cheaper price. Taco bell needs to step up their game.
