They can never seem to make the food correctly. Every single time I’ve asked for no lettuce on my tacos. They put lettuce on the tacos. It isn’t hard at all to look at a screen and see that it says NO Lettuce.

I’ve been eating at one of the Cartersville locations often and I get the same thing that I like which is the 7 dollar lux box, really good deal by the way. And now I started having to buy from the Jasper location because of my babysitting job, and I got to say after enjoying my meal that they ate as thorough and on point with their cooking and serving skills as anyone can ask for and then some. I’ve not one meal been let down from any of my Taco Bell locations. Thank you Taco Bell associates for making me a very happy customer!!!!

As a truck driver, I’ve been to a ton of Taco Bells across the US. This is THE BEST I’ve been to so far. The staff is kind and welcoming. The wait wasn’t long at all. The food was fresh and hot! I will be back to this Taco Bell.

This was my first time at the Taco Bell location. The service was good, the restaurant fairly clean, I was able to get my quick lunch taco fix. On the atmosphere side there is not much to report about. It is a Taco Bell chain restaurant, but I would go back for another quick taco lunch.

Disgusting place where nothing is ever done correctly, hair is always in the food and even plastic tag holders from CLOTHES. This is ridiculous and they should be shut down immediately!! It’s outrageous. I sat there and WAITED AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER ORDERING FOOD JUST FOR IT TO BE COLD, WRONG, AND FILLED WITH NON EDIBLE THINGS!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

I love Taco Bell but this has to be the worst I’ve eaten at. Stopped in for lunch today and had a crunch wrap supreme and 2 hard tacos. The crunch wrap was pretty good but the hard tacos were stale and only half full of ingredients. The amount of meat in the entire taco was less that a teaspoon. Won’t be returning.

I’ve been to this location so many times and always been good 9 times out of 10. But this time I dug into my burrito on the way home because I was starving after I got off work. When I got home I got ready to take out the rest. When I pulled out the napkins I noticed something was on it so I took a look and I’m about 99% sure that is blood. Somebody was not wearing gloves like they were supposed too. The rest of this meal will be thrown out and I’m no longer going back to this location. Very disgusting! I’ll be talking to the health department.

I ordered Mexican Pizza and got “Slop”. Not only did it look like it, tasted that way as well. Included two pics. What it’s supposed to be and what I got. Eat at this Taco Bell at your own risk.
