This Taco Bell is inside Arbor Mall in Douglasville. It’s not the best Taco Bell. Was told limited items available due to the fact they are located inside the mall. Okay, that’s not a problem, but my Nacho Grande meat and cheese were cold. Had to wait longer for them to warm it up

Every single item we ordered was wrong. My husband picked up food for us and our kids to spare me an evening of cooking. He ordered a bean burrito with no onions and two tacos w no lettuce for the kids , the onions and lettuce were there, so I ended up making food after all. One taco of mine was thrown in the bag without a wrapper and my husband’s burrito supreme was cold. A big fail. Not sure if we’ll go back, and we were so excited because there are no fast food options available out here for grabbing a quick bite.

I hate this place. When you order in the drive thru then drive around you are quickly stopped by a hand hanging out of the window motioning you to stop. After five minutes they signal you to drive up to pay and retrieve your order.
So, I can’t look through the window as you prepare my food?
All of this to save their drive thru time.

Workers have always been nice. Going any time past 9 or 10 almost always guarantees a 20 minute minimum wait in the drive thru. Not sure if this is staffing or training issue though.

OMG THE WORSE IVE EVER HAD FROM TACO BELL. I USE TO BE A FAN BUT THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE FROM THIS LOCATION. The nacho fries were cold and hard, the cheese was not fresh it was not melted, the quesadilla was dry and not hard. Completely turned me off from going to taco bells. I use to go to taco bell at least once a week ,NOPE NOT AFTER THE VISIT HERE.
