Overall a nice visit. Fast service. This was a drive through visit. I ordered 2 items. They were stacked with toppings this time. The drive through window attendant was very friendly. This location is convenient to my work place and I will probably visit again.

I had ordered from here off of the taco bell app. Like as I normally do. I went through the drive thru and they told me to pull around and park to wait for the food. So I pulled in and parked and continued to wait there for 30 MINUTES. mind you, there was nobody in the drive thru throughout this whole time. Somebody finally brought out the food after a good 35 min. Turns out- it was a different order under somebody else’s name. So I went inside to try and talk to somebody. Absolutely NO staff around. Waited to speak to somebody and all I got was stares, no help at all. I looked over and on the pickup counter was my food- sitting there. This entire time. Now being 45 minutes of me waiting here. I couldn’t get ahold of anybody so I just grabbed my food and left the other order on the counter so they could see it. When I got home, everything was ice cold, no sauce, and the order was wrong. Taco Bell do better!!

I just ordered dinner for my family from this location. First off, they left out part of my order. I ordered a total of 5 meal boxes. Those special cantina boxes and the luxe boxes. They didn’t come in boxes. The items that were not missing were just piled into bags. If so much were not missing we would have just eaten the smashed up burritos and crushed tacos. I mean face it you don’t take home Taco Bell and expect perfect tacos. If they had put them into boxes as advertised they would have been better. Anyway, I went back to get the items that were missing and since I had to come all the way back and the food was questionable at best to begin with I figured that they would just remake it because it was cold and smashed in the bag. The manager said that I should have called her to let her know that my food was missing and that way I could have kept the items that were in the bag instead of having to remake them. She refused to remake it because a 60$ order is too much to remake. Imagine my feeling of how 60$ is too much to spend on inedible food. So she remade the tacos that were smashed but when I got home it turned out that she had not included the missing items. Oh except for the stale chips. She did throw some of those in. This is what 60$ looks like at Taco Bell in Emerson. At minimum insist that they put your “boxes” in a box to avoid the mess. We eat at this location fairly often but we don’t usually have such a large order and when we get boxes they are boxed. I tried to be nice to her because she is my daughter’s age and I wouldn’t want anyone to be ugly to her because she made a mistake but my daughter actually took the food back and insisted on a refund. I feel like maybe instead of telling me that I should have called before I drove back that maybe she should have made my food correctly in the first place. I’m disappointed by this experience. In fact it’s the first bad experience that I’ve had in Emerson. I won’t be going back for a while.

Everyone at this location from what I’ve seen has excellent customer service and they’re really fast and respectful and food quality is 10/10. Jose’ at the drive thru window did a great job with customer service and deserves a raise!

I ordered at the box and was told “um, sir, I can’t do all that. I’m the only one here, and they won’t let us close. I ain’t even about to make all that.” Why even open if you’re gonna turn customers away? West Ave had me in and out in 3 minutes. Don’t bother with this location.

Walked in. Nobody speaks to you from behind the counter. Most unfriendly place. Other choices right here: Waffle House, Chick Fil A, Wendy’s.

I’m tired of giving you good reviews for below standards and low quality undesirable service. I’m allergic to onions!!!!!!
Your burrito maker puts onions on my burritos when receipt clearly says no onions. Fire them and send them back to 3rd grade so they can learn to read so they can read the orders!!!! The miss’s that took my order and payment was great. Sweet girl, smart and very presentable

Sunday 12-28-2025 at 9:25 am …. There’s a Black girl who doesn’t even bother to attend to the customers. Judging by her expression, I think she’s bored of working at Taco Bell.

The employees at this Taco Bell need to be trained to add the proper amount of beef to a Crunchwrap Supreme.
