Got the $7 box. Traded the soft drink for a frozen drink; was charged a dollar extra – wasn’t worth it. McDonald’s traded our cokes for frozen cokes free of charge!

I have been to this location 5 different times and all 5 times I have ordered a steak quesadilla amongst other items. But the main reason I go is for the steak quesadilla. I used to manage a taco bell in Prnnsylvania so I know how things work there. Not one time was my quest quesadilla properly filled or cut right. Its always barely even cut and I end up with 1 portion that literally has no cheese no steak no anything. If I could I would give 0 stars. Every single time!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone to. The fries were all cold. The beans on the burrito were crusty and dry. Every one of the employees had headphones in. It was horrible.

On August 30, 2025, at approximately 10:00 PM, I placed an order for a box meal and a taco. I paid for my order and have the bank transaction to prove it, but I never received my food. I brought the issue to the attention of the manager on duty, providing my order number and proof of payment. Instead of assisting me, the manager went to the back of the store without offering any resolution or explanation.
This lack of customer service is unacceptable. I am seeking a refund for my purchase and would like to see this matter addressed. I can provide the order number and a copy of the bank transaction upon request.

Honestly. This was once my favorite Taco Bell’s to visit, but after witnessing the type of person (and manager) Suzy or however you spell her name truly was. I am disgusted. I’ve heard her speak rudely to her co-workers as if they’re beneath her. Furthermore, I’ve watched her kick (paying) homeless people out of the restaurant because she doesn’t like them and according to her, it gives the restaurant a bad reputation. Her disgusting attitude is giving the restaurant a bad reputation. These people were simply trying to get a cold drink and a little food while trying to stay cool. She doesn’t deserve the manager title. That’s a person who shouldn’t be working with the public. All the other employees are very kind and generous. Always helpful. I appreciate them.
