Sadly, this TB uses AI instead of a real order taker…with 4 crew standing around inside. Tried to add one thing at the window…was nearly knocked over with the crew persons defensive position…you cannot add. Have to go back around. Literally no one in line.
Think the food was good? Nope. Old nuggets, fries dumped in bag, zero drinks were thin on syrup. (I only taste this problem at TB…) Forgot chips for dip.
Window person should have been pulling trash far away from customers.
Not sure if I’ll give them another shot…

Had a take out order today. The food was delicious and the new drink was my favorite, got a Cinnamon Delight Coffee this is amazing. The service was quick paced as there wasn’t anyone else at this location except for me and some employees. They were respectful and even asked while making the order of I wanted extra steak in my taco. Crunch wrap supreme is the bomb. Same with the Doritos loco’s and coffee. Everything is just delicious. I will come back here again.

There is a brown skin lady with long braid she wears in a bun. She is yelling out how all DoorDash orders need to wait because they still orders coming in. Rude and unprofessional, DoorDash order have nothing to do with your drive through. Please do better and serve all your customers with respect.
