DO NOT COME HERE especially at Night! The employees would rather just vape and smoke what smells liked weed and hang out with their friends in the parking lot then do their job. Everything is always “out” or not working a.k.a “I don’t wanna do my job” and then it’s one of those drive thru a where ur stuck. Absolutely horrendous experience. Place should be shut down

Cashier named Malik K was highly disrespectful. He did not give us all our food and when confronted he threw the bag at us and rolled his eyes. Didn’t know men could get sassy with women!!! Also this was about 2:30 am he had locs. If you don’t like your job please quit. Customer service is everything.
UPDATE: and since no one can answer because I wanted to report Malik K to his manager I’ll be calling corporate. By the way, this what Malik did to my friend order! How dumb can you be to not think we wasn’t going to look on that receipt for your name then had the nerve to be rude.

Because of Wesley, I’m updating my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Back in May 2021, after some very rude service and a disappointing experience, I had decided I would never return to this location.
Tonight, at 2:15 a.m., I took a chance and came back — and I’m truly glad I did.
Wesley’s warm, upbeat attitude was such a pleasant surprise, especially so late at night. It’s rare these days to receive customer service that genuinely lifts your spirits, but he did exactly that.
This experience reminded me that one great employee can make all the difference. I left feeling appreciated and with a much brighter impression of this Taco Bell.

I usually like coming to this location but tonight 1-22-2026 around 9:00 pm, I encounter a heavy set, African American young lady with a bad attitude. I guess she was the one making food, there was a nice gentleman at the window and he should have stayed at the window. The problem came in at, when I ordered a bowl with NO guacamole . Upon receiving my order, Guacamole with in my bowl. The gentleman asked her to remake the order, she seemed upset because she had to remake my order and when I received my bowl it looked awful and lighter. I thought she was remaking my order to look presentable so I waited, she came to the window with a BAD attitude asking me, “what are you waiting on?”. At that moment, I just asked for a refund! Please keep her off the window!!! I was hungry, she didn’t offer to remake my food but was happy to give me a refund, bad business!

Absolute joke of an establishment. I waited 2 hours for my food only for my deliverer to tell me that they had already given it to someone else. Did they attempt to rectify this issue? Absolutely not. Even when *I* attempted to reach out and call them (several times) they allowed it to ring everytime. If you must have Taco Bell you would save yourself time and money from ordering elsewhere.

Food was great. There were no smiling faces at the front counter or even when they handed out our food. The recent renovations look and feel bad. The booths are hard like a park bench. The other chairs didn’t look too comfortable either. Sometimes innovations like kiosk ordering centers may save employees hires but good service cannot be replaced.

I love Taco Bell and this is the closest one to my work. I always hope things will change because I really want to be able to go to this location. Just tried again and man. Rice in my burrito was so hard like it had been left out for days or microwaved. I literally couldn’t eat it, so there’s two burritos trashed. Then my soft tacos meat was cold and the tortillas were stale. I ended up trashing 70% of my lunch. I’m done trying with this location.

My food was poorly wrapped and some was dumped in the bag. The crunchy tacos were soggy as if they’d been sitting for a while. The soda was gross because the syrup bag needed to be replaced.
