My family and I live close by to this particular Taco Bell Location. We moved here from Lithonia a year ago. This Taco Bell gets it right more times than most. But TONIGHT!! Tonight was different. The taco shells were sooo fresh and crispy, the ingredients were add perfectly, the burritos were wrap neat and perfect, the wrappers seem to be brand new and the Pepsi!! Wooo crisp! I can’t say I have ever had a bad experience at this location, and it’s a couple of team members I see regularly that ALWAYS deliver OPTIMUM service!!!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is why I eat at home, I TRIED to get a chicken taco. It’s been years since I’ve been to Taco Bell, today was the day … I thought. Just look at the photos and you will understand. Why is my chicken BLACK. There are health codes and time limits on how long food can sit and apparently they do not follow them. I will be sharing this with corporate. Oh the lady I spoke to in the drive through was kind but who ever made my food was wrong for giving me this 6 hour chicken!

Worst service ever !! I ordered two numbers 6 combos with refried beans none of the chalupas or tacos had beans ..went back and told they forgot to put beans so they to food and literally kept the beans on paper and mesh whole food with beans even the bag was wet. Chalupas were un cooked ..

Was short staffed!! Took 20 mins to get food. Food was cold. Took another 15 mins to get food. Had to ask for a cashier because manager stopped taking orders at the front counter to talk on the phone, go in and out the office, and handle food after handling money. Ceiling was leaking severely in 2 places, at the front counter and over the bar table seating area. Front counter was dirty with food. The sauces were not stocked. The drink machine area was messy. The floors were dirty. The young lady working the drive thru window was the best employee there!!!
