Management matters, previous management was bad, and Service and food was horrible, now even after reopening, new management is still horrible. GM NEEDS TO GO! they have gotten our orders wrong constantly, and the GM herself (Emily I believe) refuses to admit mistake. Then tells me I can’t have a replacement because it’s been over seven days based on corporate policy, when I asked for her name, she shut the drive-through window. If you order from here, you will likely not get what you ordered, they put whatever they feel on anything, sour cream randomly, chicken on beef items, just whatever they feel like. And if you ask the GM, she says that’s what it’s supposed to have, gets defensive, rude. I would love for someone from corporate reach out to me, pull the video from the interaction so they can see firsthand. With the history of this location, they can’t afford this type of behavior, If they want to succeed. I’m adding a picture of a tostada with sour cream which it is not supposed to have, as example

We placed an order and was not understood in the speaker first. And that should have been a sign that it wasn’t going to work. My husband even repeated the order at the window. Once we got the order all the way home, the order was still wrong. We couldn’t even eat it. I called the phone number 5 times to see if anyone would answer to resolve the problem and no answer. And I shouldn’t have to drive all the way back out. Horrible experience sadly.

Posted New year’s hours inaccurate. No posted modifications. People were inside, but no one notified people in the drive through that they weren’t serving food. Paper, marker, and tape are easy to come by.

I got two chalupas supreme combo with steak only thing was that I didn’t ask for burnt charcoal on my chalupas. I took the first bite and immediately regretted. The food tasted horrible and the tortilla was ice cold, 9$ down the drain. Only thing was the beef crunchy taco.

Great store, the kids working in there were super helpful and kind to my mom. Although the food was AWESOME but the visual was subpar, also super pricey.

Absolutely disgusting. I am a HUGE Taco Bell fan but this location was unacceptable. Stale and dried tortillas, dried beans, gross flavor. Nobody bothered to pick up when I called. I will be calling corporate.

Never ever come to this taco bell. I’ve had bad experiences at fast food places and other taco bells, who hasn’t, but this place takes it. Every time I go the food takes for ever and my order is wrong. Time before last I was insult as well on my personal appearance by one of the employees there. If you really want taco bell, find an other one. This place is awful and ill never be back.
