I’m leaving a review here because I tried contacting customer service about this but all I got was an automated response and a coupon. The other day I’d ordered three chalupas online, got to the restaurant 20 minutes after, only to be waiting in line behind one car that’d been sitting there waiting for an answer. By the time I got to the window they gave me the wrong order, it took them an extra 10 minutes to make my three chalupas. When I got home all was fine until I ate the last bite of my second chalupa only for me to bite down on a wood spike that was conveniently stuck into one side of my chalupa. I’m not saying it was deliberate, but things are either intentional or due to negligence. Either way the staff and service at this Taco Bell is atrocious, even aside from the attempted murder.

i go to this taco bell regularly and I usually buy from them at night, their night crew is amazing and very accurate when making orders, really cool vibes. the store itself is in a pretty decent spot, easy parking lots of space. overall if you are going for a late snack or dinner, i recommend going here

Food is normally great, I don’t have an issue with it due to the fact it’s a quick meal. But today, I ordered online when I was about 5-8 minutes away. I get there and there is 1 car infront of us. They proceeded to wait 10 mins for their order and then when I finally got to order, we waited another 15 minutes. When we finally got to the window, we waited 10 minutes again, just for our food. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but this has happened on multiple occasions.

Went to the drive-thru when it was completely empty with my mobile order already submitted. They told me to pull up the window and handed me my drink, then told me to back up behind the pole as I guess there is a sensor that counts a timer for the length of time someone’s sitting at the window. I didn’t like doing this, but these people are making my food so I obliged. I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes and finished my drink before I received my food. There was nothing special or large about my order, and again nobody was in line in front of me, and the inside was locked and closed so there was no one waiting inside either. Tacos were lukewarm at best, one star for them at least giving me a refill.

I come to Taco Bell every now and then. It’s usually hit or miss at these locations, to me. You have to ask for hot food, the other day on Cobb PKW, they didn’t give me my extra sauce and sour cream I asked for. But, at times, it can be decent.

Edit: The COVID restrictions are no longer in effect, just as with any other place in this day and age, you may still see an employee or guest that does still wear a mask if they so choose to, but not required.
Service is still consistent with how it was overall.

I came just a bit before the lunch rush. The lobby has been recently renovated, so went inside to check it out. They do now have self check out, or an employee can still assist with the order.
As far as employees go, it doesn’t seem like there may be much of a requirement for them to be masked up. Customers are free to do as they choose to.
The food was delivered pretty quick. Nothing really too special behind it. Pretty consistent with other locations I’d say food wise.

I only ordered two items and both were wrong. Maybe if the girl taking orders for the drive thru wasn’t on a call on her cell phone talking about “having another job the next day if she got fired”, my very simple order wouldn’t have been a disaster…If you don’t want the job, move over for someone who does.

1st off I was really HESITANT about even going here. The guy in the drive thru acted like he didn’t want to be at work. Ordered a Mexican pizza dun it tasted burnt! It was awful. Got some cinnamon twists and they were over cooked with hard centers. I thought I was going to crack my teeth on them. Do better !!!!

“Where’s the beef?”
Some sassy employees present and some were awesome.
Not much found in the tacos which reminds me why I never choose Taco Bell.

Had an employee walk up while on her phone to the drive those window and tell us to “back up past the poll” so their drive through timer doesn’t accurately count. It took us like 5 minutes waiting.
