Made me sick!!
My son wanted Mexican pizza so we went and I got a Gordita crunch. The credit card tap machine wasn’t working so I had to find cash. Manager Britney said it hasn’t been working for a while but no one has to come to replace it. I didn’t receive a receipt. When I inquired about this the manager said the printer isn’t working.
My real complaint is driving 15 minutes home to sit down to eat and all the food is stale. The Mexican pizza shell is so stale. I’m so glad I tasted a bite while cutting it up for my son. It made me sick. I let him have my Gordita crunch thinking that’ll be better. Thankfully I decided to taste that too and the taco shell in it was just as gross. Threw it all out. It honestly made me sick and i had to throw it up to get any relief.
When I called for an order number so I can complaint since I didn’t receive a receipt the manager couldn’t give me one. She wanted me to come back to the store and return it hahaha. See picture below, it went in the trash.
I am so disguised by this Taco Bell! Honestly if there’s management isn’t going to improve quality of food just leave and let another better quality place take over the space so the local people can enjoy decent food.

I had a DoorDash delivery of my food, which my delivery guy was great! But my food was AWFUL!! I have tried calling the store 4 times and have gotten No Answer as well. I had said on my order.. Light Beans on my salad, the whole Bottom was floating in it with No sauce at all on it. I didn’t even Receive my Chips. The New Churro things are normally great.. But Not from this Location!! They were raw with hardly any cinnamon sugar on them. My Burrito I ordered was even FULL of Beans and it was light beans. I spent $30 on getting my food Delivered to me bc of Breaking my Ankle.. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had bad food Delivered from here but just looked over it. I will just start going to the other Taco Bell from here on out. This was a waste of my time and money!$

I am not one to eat fast food weekly or write reviews. I always give places the benefit of the doubt as much as I can but with the disrespect and total disregard that I have received from the employees of Taco Bell, its about time someone points it out… What a miserable miserable establishment. I have ordered on Uber Eats from this location multiple times. It ALWAYS shows up extremely late (its not because of Uber). I even had a conversation with the Uber Eats driver who was livid at the staff for taking 40 minutes to make 2 burritos… I have also been to this establishment on multiple occasions and sat in line for 30 minutes or more with only 2 or 3 other people in line. Once you get up to the window to see what could possibly be taking so long you see employees laughing and playing on their phones while 1 or 2 people take their sweet time putting your order together. This one and the one in Cumming, GA will both be getting a review from me as they both have HORRIBLE customer service and take forever to make minor orders. It seems that Taco Bell in general does not care about their customers at all. They hire people that do not care about customers and clearly have ZERO customer service training. Unless you want to almost guarantee you’re going to wait 30-40 minutes for a $2 burrito and a $2 taco that they charge you $25 for, then stay away!

Daughters wanted Taco Bell so we came to the new one. I don’t eat Taco Bell but recently saw that they brought back some menu items from the 90s so decided to order a chili cheese burrito for nostalgia. There is no chili. Just cheese. And onions added which I didn’t request and isn’t part of the original chili cheese burrito. Waste of $

Employees won’t help customers trying to use kiosk. They say they don’t have enough employees there to help. If they got off their phones they might earn their pay. We had to help another customer place her order (which amounted to $50+) as she struggled to figure out the screens. TACO BELL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS ESPECIALLY WITH THE HIGH PRICES. But that’s probably their mentality on purpose. Are these employees trained to treat customers this way. Go somewhere else where customers are appreciated.

UPDATE: The quality has gone WAY downhill. I received no beef in my Crunch wrap supreme, beef in my shredded chicken nachos. Avoid at all costs!
Taco: TB vs Burger King. The pictures tell the story! BK looked and tasted like they were made last week! Side by side, Taco Bell blows away BK. I REALLY wanted to like it BK! It reminded me of an old version of Jack in the Box tacos but the tortilla was WAY stale or overcooked. In the pics, BK on the left, TB on the right. $3 for the tacos purchased at BK vs $3.87 at TB. WINNER:TB!

The staff is very friendly and attentive at this location. I appreciate that they have the “build your own” options on the app because lots of other locations are limiting those options. This is my go-to Taco Bell right now because of this. With the handful of times I’ve been here, my order has always been correct, the portions are full, and the food is delicious.

Ordered dinner for my girlfriend and I tonight. I was eating my crunchwrap supreme and noticed something kinda hard and chewy the wasn’t right. I spit out the mouthful of food and sure enough there was a piece of plastic. It looks like the corner of a bag about an inch and a half long by half an inch. Called the store directly to hopefully speak with a manager but after several attempts no one has answered. Take a look at the lovely pictures I’ve provided.

8/13/2025 Husband stopped by the Taco Bell – Hwy 20 Samples Road for takeout late evening on way home. I texted him my list of usual tacos along with the new Taco Bell Chipotle Grilled steak burrito and usual Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca drink. When he gave me my drink, it was very obvious it was NOT Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca. It was no where close to being anything strawberry! What I got was a weird mix of 3/4 watered down clear concoction with very little orange mess in bottom of glass and asked him what is this? I literally sent him a text with picture of the drink and he said that was what Taco Bell gave him at the register. He said cashier even had the picture. Now tell me how did Taco Bell even make such a huge mistake like this? And to make matters worse there was some floating white square bits of freeze dried something other in the drink. I tasted it and immediately poured it out. NOT Strawberry Passionfruit Agua Refresca! Also took a bite of the limited edition Avocado Ranch Crispy Chicken taco, the chicken strip was so tiny and hard, did not even fill the taco as it was half size of pinkie finger! Told my husband please do not stop by that Taco Bell anymore. It was way too much money spent and not get what I ordered. I have had it with this Taco Bell – Hwy 20 Samples Road cheating me on my orders. Taco Bell used to be good place where my husband and I meet up to eat but no more. Just close this Taco Bell down already!
