Half filled fries , taco had NOTHING in it , no ice for drinks, no straws or napkins in bag. Worst customer service we’ve ever had. The guy in the window told us to just give him $15 in cash instead of paying for our meal. I’m assuming he wanted to pocket the cash and then take the order off the register or something.

I came into this Taco Bell today and got the best customer service ever! They was out of the beverage that I wanted to drink so I said something about it. The person who took my order didn’t get an attitude when I wanted to adjust my order instead she was very accommodating! That is rare these days, I really appreciate her awesome demeanor! Thanks for giving me a great experience in spite of not having what I was looking for!

I recently went through the drive-thru at Taco Bell and had another disappointing experience. The wait time was far too long, and when I finally received my order, the quesadilla was very poorly made—just tortilla with hardly any cheese or meat. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor quality and slow service at this location. After giving it multiple chances, I’ve decided this will be my last visit. Taco Bell needs to do much better if they want to keep customers coming back.

There was no MEAT anywhere on my crunch wrap. Plus there was 1 big GLOB of sour cream on one corner of the wrap. I will never go to the Farmington rd location again.

Shoutout to Ms.Kay and the team for being amazing and empathetic. A doordasher made a terrible experience for me, and even though it was not Taco Bell’s fault, she made my experience unforgettable! Picked up food at this location about an hour ago. Ordered a Supreme Luxe Box and as another reviewer mentioned, I was asked at the drive-thru speaker whether I’d be using cash or a card. Placed the order and went to the window and handed the male worker the card. He swiped it multiple times and then handed me a bag of food — no receipt. I asked for the receipt and he says they don’t have any receipts. What???? This should be illegal. If something happens and a refund is needed, how are you going to process it if you “don’t have any receipts”. I asked for a manager and “Christine” came to the window and stated the same thing. Referred me to my bank — as if my bank is somehow responsible for your establishment not providing receipts??? I waited for her to handwrite “something” to show what I purchased. Her stroke of brilliance was to just write the name of the meal and the amount with the tax. No store number, manager name, date and time. Nothing.

Then, to top it off, I get home and discover the large drink — supposed to be Sierra Mist — was nothing but carbonated water. With no receipt, how would a customer even return that?
I won’t be back here. Consumers, you have been warned.

I ordered today in drove through. The food tasted old. The quesadialla, the nachos, and especially the cinnamon twist were horrible. I am just hoping I don’t get sick. Tasted like the food was cooked in old grease.
